Went today to get supplies to complete a home project. While in the lumber section, my husband bent down to get a 2x4 for purchase but was hit by the dividers that were not visible because they were not painted and looked identical to the 2x4 he was getting. My husband is a bald guy so when he hit it's plan to see the cut, blood, splinters, and knot on his head. After 4 different employees from 4 different departments found out finally 1 called a manager who said(literally)"sorry but there's nothing to be done". The nerve to not give a damn about a customer who is still bleeding. I'm switching to Lowes. More expensive but at least they care. I'm honestly not sure this guy was even the manager since the guy who called said the manager said she'd be right here and a guy showed up.

I wanted to say a big thank you to the Garden Section and an Associate named Diany. Yesterday, I went shopping for a plant for a friend at the N.W. 410 location. Diany was friendly, professional, showed me the selection, answered all my questions and all the plants were well watered and appeared healthy. I have now told all my neighbors to come to this store and that Garden Section for all their Gardening Needs! Thanks Diany! Thanks Home Depot!

Staff at registers is OK, but the guys that help load are lazy and have zero drive to do their jobs. Hire the guys waiting in the parking lot. At least they won't mind working. Every time I'm here I regret not going to the Fair location instead.

Buyer beware, dont wait till your washer/ Dryer fails. You can’t walk in to Home Depot and buy one, you have to wait 4 days to get it ( washer ). Go to Lowe’s same day delivery and same prices.
