A large DIY store where you will be able to find various things for the work you are doing or that you are about to start. The only bad thing, like the other stores of this large chain of stores, is that on several occasions you will not find everything you are looking for and you will have to go to another of their branches, which is a little annoying because if you are in a hurry with your project this will take you a little while, in general, everything is fine.

You buy an expensive dryer you get it delivered and it doesn't work at all you complain to the highest manager there about your situation and still get the exact same results for a return and getting a new one so in my books this is not what I am use to receiving next stop is CORPORATE TO GIVE THEM MY EXPERIENCE OF THIS ISSUE

Went Saturday early morning to pick up some paint and other items. There was no one working the paint department. Customer service manager, Charlotte assisted me. Poor thing had a difficult time figuring out how to match the paint. It took almost an hour to finish 3 quart cans. Hard to believe no one was working paint department on 1 of their busiest day's. Complements to Charlotte for trying.

HORRIBLE! I was cheated. They sold me a washer and guess what, it was broken when I received it!! They highlighted a policy on the paperwork that states you only have 2 days to return the washer and you had to call this number. Guess what, I called their number in less than 2 days. They instructed me to go to the manufacturer. All the manufacturer would do is schedule a tech. to come out and “fix it.” After this I went up to this Home Depot to exchange this washer and they would not help me. They said I had 2 days to return it and I should have called this number… I said I CALLED THAT NUMBER HERE IS MY PROOF and they said they would get a lady that wasn’t there to reach out to me the next day and no one reached out. It’s been over a month now and I still do not have a washer. I was robbed and cheated and sold a broken washer and Home Depot has done nothing to remedy this. All I wanted was for them to take this washer back and give me one that worked in its place. Nothing. Be warned, this place has the worst customer service ever and they will cheat you and sell you a broken washer. Go get your washer from somewhere else and save yourself hundreds of dollars and months of trouble.

In a world where customer service seems to be fading, I'd like to give a shout out to Isreal. I went into HomeDepot this past weekend and I got the pleasure of meeting him. I was looking for a specific item for my husband as a Christmas gift. As I'm looking to see what would be a best fit, Isreal asked if found what I was looking for. We got into conversation of the price that I'm trying to stay in and he informed me that sales are usually happening around this time and that he will search to see if that item was one of them. To my surprise, it was and there was two left. Isreal walked me all the way over to the item, read the directions to me and ensured if that was the item I was needing. That for me was more than I could ask for! He took the time to see what I wanted & went above and beyond by searching your website for me. He definitely made my day and will make my gift extra special for my husband. I didn't know where to do a survey, but I'm hoping this is see by the right people. Thanks again Isreal and Happy Holidays to you and your family.

I was really disappointed with Home Depot today. I loaded my cart and left in the flooring department. Then I went to get the remaining items I needed. When I returned someone took my whole cart and everything was gone put back. This is ridiculous that this ha. If you’ll want to waste my time I’ll start going elsewhere. Time is money.

Waited half an hour for somebody to come in and help me with a pipe fitting. Asked 4 people. All of them said they will send a plumbing expert. Waited half an hour. Nobody came. The people who work here are very unhelpful for a company of this size and reputation. Also, don’t want to incorporate race in here, but I am brown. Maybe that played a part.

Worst place to deliver as a truck driver
Bunch of lazy workers making waste your time. Management sucks as well as workers. 6 hours wasted waiting to get unloaded.
