Asked for assistance in cutting wood and one employee said someone would be there to help me shortly. I waited and no one showed up. I went and looked for another employee, Rich was his name, and asked if he could help me just a single piece of wood. He said there’s a station to do it yourself. I asked if he or someone else could help me cut it and he said no. I said I didn’t need it anymore then and left. Wasted time.
