Worst hd in the area. No organization, can't find anything, employees standing around in the way talking in large groups. Parking lot and canopy absolutely inaccessible due to materials and customer vehicles parked in the main road. Employees definitely more concerned with gossiping than helping

Self check-out service 20 minutes before closing is terrible. Four HD employees in an intense discussion about bad managers, were oblivious to customers having trouble with checkout station. I had to call out to the group twice before one of them, annoyed, came over to assist me. He was in a hurry to get back into the discussion. He had to use the scanner gun to resolve problem. When he finished, he attempted to hand me the scanner gun. I said it goes on the scanner gun holder. He just left it on the counter and quickly joined the group discussion about bad managers. I was glad he left so that i could bag my items. Also, the group was in the way of customers trying to exit HD. Bad service, bad attitude! My suggestion: if you are clocked in, then work with appreciation for the customers. If you are clocked out, then go to break room or parking lot for discussions. Hats off to the stockers for walking me to the aisles find my items. I am usally satisfied with HD shopping experience, but always 100% annoyed with check- out staff. Should I take the time to teach them about customer service? No, not my job; to busy with remodeling business. LOL.

I have spent roughly $7,000 at this location in the last month for my latest home renovation. I was to have $4,500 worth of flooring delivered to my house today (2/17) and even paid extra to have a delivery window (ridiculous that they even make you do this). Only to have sat waiting for the window to end only to have the system update the delivery date to tomorrow (2/18) with no notification, call, email, etc. Who knows if it will even arrive tomorrow!
When I spoke to the store manager about this, they deflected blame on the third party delivery company for not delivering it. That is not acceptable. I paid Home Depot my hard earned money. Yall have to keep your promises. Their response? Oh well we will waive the $99 delivery. I’m sorry but each day of pto I have to take is $500. Cherry on top - it took 3 calls to customer service to get into contact with the store manager.
I will be using Lowe’s from now on. Home Depot lost a valuable customer who will actively go out of their to way to drive farther to their competitor.

I want to focus on the self checkout issue. I don't understand why Home Depot wouldn't offer an assisted checkout lane, as well as a self checkout lane, and let the customer decide. It wouldn't take too long to understand what your customers prefer. I'm sure some would prefer self checkout, but I'm also sure others prefer assisted checkout. As for other issues, I found the staff helpful and pleasant. The options in the store are fine (not amazing). The prices seem quite high to me, but I only purchase odds and ends from time to time. At one time, they would take burnt out fluorescent bulbs, which was nice - not sure if they still do. Finally, going forward, I will try to go to Lowes just because they has assisted checkout lanes.

Again Home Depot with their typical corporate bs. I had gone to the Home Depot at Cambridge to buy an air compressor and found one on sale but they didn’t have one in hand, so they sent me to this Home Depot at I10 & dezavala, which did have one. But when I got to the cashier they said they couldn’t honor the other Home Depot price. I spoke to the manager Cat Smith, which just gave me the typical corporate we can’t do that jargon.
I ask if I would have bought this compressor at this Home Depot it would be one price but if I would have bought it at the other Home Depot it would be a different price and she said yes.
I’m a 100% disabled veteran and I know a little bit about honoring something, but Home Depot, like way too many times before, doesn’t hold the same values.

So sad that thieves can just walk out with thousand dollars worth of merchandise with no issues.

I had placed order on line to be picked up in store. My husband went to the store to pick up for me, when he arrived he was treated poorly. At first he was ignored like he was invisible finally got help from some gal who she was polite and explained I failed to complete transactions. After he called explain I finished the order he went back into the store. However this time he was helped by a guy. From the start my husband felt uncomfortable the guy was rude and kept asking him questions not even related to what he was there for. He was treated like he was a criminal watched him walk out the store completely to the car. Mind you my husband never went past the front register. The way my husband was made to feel is completely uncalled for but I have no problem passing the discrimination word around to the public about the way he was treated and I have no problem taking my money elsewhere.

The staff blatantly ignores minorities and is rude when you ask them for help. I would call corporate if I had more time. If you are an attorney you can definitely find a case at this location. I’ve been to other Home Depot’s that are amazing. It was my grandpas favorite store, rest his soul. I was at the location Friday November 29th, 2024 from around 12:15- 12:35. I was looking around in the drywall section before being rudely being told I’m in the wrong aisle when I asked for help. It was only one of the employees I got a sinister energy from, but both are terrible employees.

It becoming a sad day . Every time I go to home depot the employees do seem to care to help you . I ask if an employee could help me figure which Honda replacement blade i needed. She pass it off as I needed to know which lawn mover I had. I showed her my old blades . She didn’t look on the blades closely enough and would discover that it was marked to tell you which blades was correct. It just disappointing that few employees go the extra mile and try to help a customer

I shop at Home Depot all the time. I spend a lot of money there. So I’m walking through the store and I loaded all the tile backer boards and I leave my cart and continue to pick things out and drop them off at my cart. After I had shopped and got everything. A worker there decided to move my items I was buying and put them back. And I’ll tell you. I almost lost it. I’m thinking about walking out now. I ended up purchasing everything. But I have to go back because I didn’t notice that I had more things. This is ridiculous.

Lackluster Manager: Short hair, glasses. Didn’t get her name. Rude, snippy. Just tried to ask her a question. Expected better. 👎

This store is the worst Home Depot of the 3 states I’ve lived in. Don’t get home delivery because their 3rd party contractor (who does all their deliveries) doesn’t care if they don’t complete the delivery on the date promised. Home Depot said they were going to discount the purchase to compensate for everything I went through and guess what; never happened. I won’t buy a box screws from this place let alone my $1,500 purchase of a washer and dryer.
