Couldn't find the merch.! They used to list "on hand" for stores. Right down to isles and bays.

I truly hate giving bad reviews about a store or brand, but it was truly frustrating how the staff at this store, "Giselle," wasted my time and had a bad experience with how they helped me after I complained that, for the second time, two Ryobi blowers I bought at this same store had defective batteries. One new blower cost me $196.22 and the other $253.25, and they simply stopped working, as if the battery was a cheap copy. It's worth mentioning that this is my daily store to stock my business and projects. Today, I simply think I'll start visiting the Lowes across the street more often. What a poor way to help a frequent customer who, for the second time, has proven that he wasted his money on something that doesn't work and doesn't do anything for him.

The people in the store are very friendly great people at the service desk. But product availability is an issue. I come into the store numerous times in a month and half the time I can't find products that Home depot offers at this store. Frustrating

After 20 plus years as a customer I will be taking my future business to your favorite competitor, after Ivy at the return desk was rude, gave me the worst customer service experience that I have ever experienced, and then lied that she was the only manager available when I asked for her supervisor.
The Home Depot two miles away fixed my issue immediately!
The longer you employ Ivy, the more customers you send packing!!!

I had to buy a large quantity of 2x6x12. I asked for assistance in lumber and was told they could not help and i needed to place an order to be picked up later. After talking to a manager, the staff brought a pallet of lumber to the trailer however refused to touch a single board. Unfortionatly this was after buying every piece i needed from a different store. Had i known how poor this stores service was i would not of bought any lumber from them at all.

I’m so grateful to Mike B. for helping me solve a tough problem during last-minute home repairs before my sale. He was so kind and patient. Mike gets 5 stars from me!
However, Home Depot lost a star due to the fact it took me forever to find someone with knowledge and handy skills. This location seemed to be very understaffed on a Saturday.

I went to paint department at 8 today. Nobody was there. Had to wait 18 mins before a guy named Daniel showed up. He was just wondering around. Very bad. This guy should be disciplined

Terrible service. Sassy cashier girl accused us of not having the correct blinds for the bulk discount when we knew we had the right blinds then proceeded to laugh afterwards behind our backs. We redid the scan and got the discount without her help. Then we tried to ask for someone to assist us with a storm door installation since nobody was at the desk by the doors and the unhelpful kid said “well what do you what me to do?” The only helpful people was the man in the flooring and the other cashier woman at self checkout. Otherwise will not return to this location. Not worth the hassle.
