Very rude gentleman with beard doing returns today on 4/23/2024. No customer service skills and throws an item back at a customer because he accused an item was missing. No eye contact and just rudely dismisses customers.

Customer service is horrible. Automated options are vague and no one will speak to you. What are we doing and what are we paying for? Help isn't one of their priorities

We were doing a PVC pipe diy project for our baby. Went to Lowe's and they said they wouldn't help cut the pipe. So we gave this Home Depot a call to see if they would help us cut the pipes to fit in our car. Joel came to the rescue! No fancy saw, he just whipped out some PVC pipe scissors, measured and cut us over 10 cuts. We really appreciated his help!

Tool rental and truck Rental area -there is a Large lack of customer service skills.I walked up and an attendant decided to walk away and go check his schedule and the other she walked away to the back to move equipment. No greeting or just one moment.I saw them purposely hang up on calls coming in from customers. In that same time frame a customer came back with a said broken tool rented, saying they reached by phone and no one answered. They’re told that they have to pay full price for the broken rental because they didn’t call. When asking for details about renting a Truck I’m given the ‘wtf look’.

I came in to return some items, receipts in hand; and Suzanne, the cashier at the return center was rude, I purchased about 10 different items within a week, using two different business cards and she said she couldn't return the items because I needed both cards even though I just wanted to return the items with the card in hand. She proceed to ask me to TELL her what items on the receipt I wanted to exchange. I have never worked at a Home Depot to understand the The Termanology of Home Depot receipts, I thought that's what customer service was for. , She working in the wrong department.

Suzanne has the most terrible attitude I have ever dealt with. She literally cut me off mid-sentence and had me wait to for a manager. While I was standing there she called a manager and I could clearly tell she was making snarky comments about me. I frequent this Home Depot almost daily for my business and I've never been treated like this. Not one to post reviews, but her attitude toward her job is complete and utter trash.

Worthless employees. Went at prime time mid-day on a Sunday and only self service check out stations available. Needed some help checking out with an item and was ignored for 10 minutes.

The number of visits I made to this location is strictly based on necessity. I would rather not be here if I can help it. In any event, I appreciated the online ordering for pickup at curbside so much. This prevented me from having to wander aimlessly looking for things. I always found that if I was in the store looking for something, I could never find help. When I found someone, they were either uninterested, not helpful, or tried to upsell. The silver lining was Richard, who consistently brought out my order. Richard was always so friendly and kind no matter how many times I ordered in a day. He often took time to ask me how things were going and to chat a little. Richard gets ten stars!!!

NEVER buy an appliance from this these people. I have never had as frustrating an experience buying an appliance in my life. It appears that someone who is not specialized in selling refrigerators, sweet enough, sold me a frig and got everything wrong. Told me I could get the frig in a 5 days because my previous frig had died. Took 2 weeks. Fine. Couldn't remove the old frig because I needed a cutoff valve. Wasn't told anything about that so had the removal rescheduled for another week. Had a plumber tell me a valve under the sink. Showed up a day early while I was gone to take the old frig away and now the valve has to be behind the frig.. slammed my door on the way out. Horrible communication wasted everyone's time.

Usually has what I need and I have always got great customer service. It's close to my home and when I call they are usually quick to answer, I understand that they can be busy at times. Great products and prices.

In January My husband ordered a refrigerator, he got a message the evening before the delivery date confirming the delivery time. I took off work so as to be home when they delivered. They never delivered. No email, no phone call, no txt as to why. My husband had to call and schedule another delivery, the man on the phone asked him how important the refrigerator was to us, and How badly we needed it. the man couldn't schedule us for another week after It was suppose to already be at our house. Now in February, my husband bought us a washer and dryer. The delivery date was set for the 3rd of February. They didn't show AGAIN! my husband had to call again to reschedule the delivery. It's set for the 10th. Crossing my fingers that theyll show up. however, This whole experience has been fruasting and I honestly can't see buying appliances from home depot again.

The service we have received from the repair department has been terrible. We purchased a Ryobi lawnmower from Home Depot and had to take it to this location to be repaired because it was still under warranty. It has been sent off to Atlanta three different times to be repaired, all of which we had to pay for, and returns back each time still not functioning (leaving us with no lawnmower for the past six months). No one will take ownership for this problem nor request it to be replaced as the warranty states. Worst customer service we have ever experienced.
