People love to hate on Home Depot, but what would we do without them? They only have what we need about 70% of the time. The keys they make never fit the first time. Everything they have is from China. But what would we do without them? The best thing about Home Depot is the employees. They’re all down-to-earth. People with good understandings of our needs. Most of the employees have been sweet and helpful. Even though I cringe when I have to go to Home Depot, I realize that they have made my life so much easier, thank you Home Depot and like all the rest of us try to do better.

I won’t rate the store poorly just because of one employee, but this one older Hispanic lady working the last register on the far end of the building by the forklifts on July 9th had a ridiculous attitude and made it obvious she didn’t want to help us. Next time I’ll happily use self-checkout.

Nightmare appliance purchase experience!
This store is great, always well stocked, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. But my experience with an appliance purchase has been a nightmare. I bought them in advance and scheduled the delivery. They rescheduled me 2 times, we finally get them, and the fridge is defective. 2 weeks later, the fridge delivery has been rescheduled 2 more times and my family has been living out of a cooler with ice for over 2 weeks. The store is unable to help because they claim they have no control over their delivery vendors. Next step is to go to GE to see if they can help us because Home Depot has no leverage over GE and their delivery partners. I wish they would just pick these appliances up and give me my money back. I know to try Lowes for appliances next time...
