  Bought this and finally got around to using. Cracked open the package and it was not working. Store refused to exchange it because the return date had just passed😡Oh well… Amazon/harbor freight gets my money from now on.

  The entire management staff at this location should be fired and replaced. Especially Nikki and Raul. There was a slip and fall accident in the garden section on Saturday afternoon. NO WET FLOOR SIGN IN SIGHT! My mother slipped, fell and landed underneath the racks. Bruised her arms, elbows, tailbone and sprained her ankle. The floor was very slippery and slimy with an oil substance. When I asked Nikki why there was no wet floor sign her answer was well there should be one posted but I guess no one put one up and shrugged her shoulders. Her version of offering any type of first aid or assistance to my mother was an ice pack. No urgency, sympathy or comfort to the situation. Instead she insinuated it was her fault that she fell. We also asked her where the cameras were located in this section of the store, her response was I don’t know. As part of the “management team” you should be aware of what is where and what is located where in your store. She proceeded to write up her report and ignored my mother and the situation. It wasn’t until I asked her for the phone numbers to corporate, her claims department and her name and information that she kind of changed her demeanor. She was unable to give me any numbers and stated that she did t have them on hand and that I could Google the information. My mother ended up in the hospital that afternoon and now your store has an huge issue!! Zero zero zero stars to this store.

  Katherine at the pro desk section is very professional and helpful!
  She patiently worked with me to figure out a way to use the remaining balance of my gift card for part of my purchase. She also provided lots of good advice to make it like a breeze for me to find the items that I needed.

  Huge shoutout to Nick for helping me find everything I need anytime I’m there, as well as the explanation he gives about the products and their uses. Also, every employee that I’ve talked to there has been very friendly and helpful so the experience is always a pleasant one.

  I recently visited the Home Depot store and had a great experience overall. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through various sections to find exactly what I needed. The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to locate items. The only downside was the lack of Apple Pay support, which would have made checkout more convenient. Despite this, I'll definitely be back for my home improvement needs. Highly recommended!

  I had an excellent experience at The Home Depot! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me to exactly what I needed for my home improvement project. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find everything from tools to paint. I was particularly impressed by the variety of products available and the competitive prices. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the additional help loading my purchases into the car. Overall, a top-notch shopping experience—highly recommended!

  The customer service in the store was wonderful. The delivery and customer service after purchase were terrible. The machine they delivered was damaged and after making the purchase on May 27th, it is now June 11th and I still don’t have a washer. Trying to get help and a new machine has been a nightmare and anyone I have spoken to has put the burden on me to accommodate the replacement - it has been surreal to experience. I would not recommend doing business with Home Depot.

  What a wonderful experience today! Phil saw me and my husband walking around and asked if we needed help but we were fine at the time. Then about 15 minutes later, we were midway through the store and my husband said “paint brushes” and Phil was right there and said right over here. It was perfect timing and he went above and beyond to get us everything we needed for our project. Plus he gave us gifts to make the job easier. He was funny and helpful. Then I went to customer service and the young man made sure to ask his coworker for help to make sure he completely answered my questions about remodeling my bathroom shower. Good job today Home Depot! Thanks for your support.
