I have worked personally in the Hometowne brand this by far is one of the best I have experienced I love the Gm spirit I will definitely be coming back with my family. We felt safe parking lot was clean enjoyed the pool. Thank you guys Hometowne for making I trip enjoyable and Rememberable.

Good room, friendly environment, great all-around experience!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment felt safe and welcoming. The staff was friendly, and the manager was very well-spoken and professional—offering the best possible solutions to any questions we had. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a decent, affordable stay in San Antonio.

I was only staying for the night on my way to Houston. Is right next to the I-10 (so expect noice from the highway)
The staff was friendly.
The room was ok, but the bed pretty old (I felt springs) and the pillows small.

So far, so good. Nice clean rooms. Has a kitchen area, fullsize fridge. I brought my own coffee pot. Place to lay your head. Gonna jump in the pool when I get off work

The staff was very rude to us and told us we couldn’t swim there even though we had a room! That’s kinda weird right. We were barely at the pool for a minute when the owner/ manager came out his room which is directly over the pool and he told us we. Couldn’t swim there. Since when and where do you pay for a room and can’t swim and use the services provided? I’ve never heard of this policy at all EVER AT ANY HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT!!

Great customer service. Always friendly and helpful. If they forget anything, you can go down and talk to them and they will make it right. Love staying here.

I would like to thank gentlemen Mr.Priti Zaved and his lovely wife Mne Kailash Priti for their hospitality. I stay 4 month 1\2 and it was very pleasant.There is nothing perfect in the life Iwill give a note 8/10 why 8 because poor soundproofing but this won't stop me return in the future. Jesus said let's it be all joy to you ,my brothers when you undergo tests of every sort ,because you have the knowledge that the testing of your faith give you the power of going on in hope but let this power have its full effect so that you may be made complete needing nothing, so I say thank you people live above me for making me more patient and become a better individual.thank you Kailash and Priti see you God bless you.Nearby activities: River Walk very nice

Been here for 3 months and all of a sudden oh we made a mistake and you owe (0 more It was our mistake but you have to pay for it. You ask for management and they give you the lobby number. I ask for corporate and oh we don’t have that number available. Customer service is the worst.This place has roaches you say something they tell you you can get stuff at Walmart to kill them. Toilet stops up they hand you a plunger always have problems in the washer and dryers not working half the time I have stayed in a lot of places and I would not let the rats stay here Homeless people walking around all night and the police are here almost every night for something Never want to help you just take your money Never will I stay here againRooms: Stink and the cleaning is almost not noticeable.Safety: Not safe at all Need to be packing at all times around here

The rooms are okay but they do not provide any kitchen supplies for the kitchen in suite. I mean what do they think people are going to bring there own dishes for one night...service was terrible..no cable and wifi lags..

I will be suing this hotel company because 1 they are not pet friendly at all but I have a federal service dog w papers and all and they denied access which strictly states you cannot deny access by federal law. They did anyways and wouldn’t give me a room and it’s so ghetto. Bed bugs and all please believe these reviews and do not come here

I could not sleep due to bites from bed bugs which were all over the room. I made a video of them. They were even on the toilet paper!! I booked online on their site, and was never asked to agree to their policies. I had no idea a $49 booking would cost me $89..not refundable. There is a hidden fee of $19.99 which the clerk argued that I had agreed upon. If I canceled I would pay $69.99 plus $19.99. This place needs to be reported for scamming customers and for the bed bugs.I could hear my neighbors next door using their bathroom. The bathroom smelled like sewage.Rooms: The accessible room did not have a seat in the shower and it was not roll-in for people in a wheelchair .There were handles in the shower, which one could hold while standing.
