There were two discounts that should’ve been applied to my purchase, but the employee did not know how to apply them accordingly. They were very kind but I was up charged for a promised discount upon purchase. Disappointed.

Oreo was so helpful! She told us about the clearance sections. And the discounts and coupons both at the store and online.
The best and scariest part was when I was really wanting a Muffin shirt. My partner's & I searched high and low. I asked her if they had anymore shirts. She asked what size and it seemed like it was possible that there was 1 left. The display shirt. She climbed up on the tall shaky WALKING ladder, took the last display shirt for me. And it FITS! I love it! I appreciate her climbing that scary ladder and going above and beyond for little ol' me! Oreo, thanl you so much!

Horrible horrible experience!!! I went to the hot topic in the rolling oaks mall, and am truly appalled and disgusted at how the manager ZOE, spoke to his associates and about his associates. He used terms referring to the woman’s weight and their sizes. He called them fat, overweight and insinuated their eating habits were poor. I was so appalled that I had to leave the store as I will no longer be supporting shopping there. HR really needs to get involved in his unprofessional manner and harassment towards these females. DO BETTER HOT TOPIC!

Got in there with 30 minutes to close because my daughter really wanted some FNAF gear before the movie and this was the only time I had. The pants she wanted weren't out front but the guy took his time to check the back and really made my daughter's night. She'll be back soon. ?
