Tax Pros don't have knowledge on complex financial transactions nor do they spend time to understand it. This is my last year filing with them. Working with another professional tax consultant to file an amendment return, Very bad experience

HR block is just a company , but the associate Miriam Cortez is worth the hype! I absolutely adore her attitude , smile and professionalism . She stuck with me through identity theft helped me in the off season with IRS forms and building my profile for the next year and gave me WONDERFUL ADVICE on how to save money .
