Super disappointing what kind of employees H&R Block is hiring. Walked in again bc they have a sign for walkins welcome, but THEY ARE NOT!!! WONT SEE ME TILL AFTER DEADLINE. over 8 yrs and now it's so sad!!!! As I was saying I guess I need to find a new tax prep to meet the deadline. The 2 preps that were in the back started laughing and talking bull to each other loud enough for.me.to her at customer service just a shame.
Not everyone's circumstances are the same and we all can't be ready for tax season. I don't understand why they offer walk in services and put out signs if they don't honor them
