The facility was clean with COVID precautions in place, including deep cleaning, disinfecting high-touch areas, and social distancing. For service from home, the Digital Drop-Off service allows clients to upload documents. Service is timely and done very well, though taxes can be complicated. The staff is absolutely wonderful, caring, and there to help. Clients will definitely go back.
