2 star because the Tax Pro was very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible but left way too much on my plate for the price I paid. Over $400 to do a basic return that ended up needing to be amended because of a mistake on her end. I now owe back most of my return and was not given instructions on how to go about paying the money, since she went too fast and didn’t ask if I wanted to do a direct debit. The whole point of paying someone to do your taxes is so you don’t have to do them. Do not go to H&R Block ever! I now this will cause issues with the IRS down the road and will take up even more of my time! Ridiculous!
