I have had a terrific experience with Extra Storage on Huebner and West Bitters . The rental process was easy and Melissa at the facility is extremely professional and courteous. The storage facility is clean, secure, and well kept. I really like the app that allows access to the facility. It is user friendly and very convenient. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.

We rented a 10x20 unit here earlier this year to store excess fencing materials, and it was exactly what we needed. The rate was excellent, the location was convenient, and the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Their customer service really stood out — professional and responsive throughout our stay. We’ve since moved into a larger warehouse and yard as our business has grown, but we’re genuinely grateful for the support and experience we had here. Highly recommend for anyone needing short-term or long-term storage!

Very welcoming and supportive at my worst moments with my financial situation but Melissa Petry went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t lose my kids things so I would recommend coming to extra space storage and I believe Melissa deserves the recognition first and foremost followed by increased compensation for her customer service skills and understanding heart felt ways.
