Charlene is the most ugliest, rudest person I've ever had to deal with. Her energy is extremely negative and makes me uncomfortable to go to the bank. She make's condescending remarks and then acts like she's doing me a favor by providing me with services. Her attitude is disgusting, rude, and disrespectful. I want to switch banks because of her. I didn't want overdraft either and they still put it on. And when I asked her to take it off she refused. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Crypto-friendly bank with great overdraft policies. Not good for people who often travel, as they are not in many cities/states. Hoping they are working to provide trading of digital assets, a great way to stay relevant in the new financial and economic world.

All systems have gone down at IBC. :/ what does that mean? I just need to cash this IBC issued check at a IBC ... Best part is they asked me to open a account before even telling me. Lol

I've had the privilege of dealing with an associate named Martha, a sweet lovely woman who helped me and did so with a smile on her face. She was a pleasure to deal with and talk to I look forward to doing more business with her in the future and can only see positive interactions in the future. I found the whole bank to be well organized and appointed something I enjoy seeing in a bank. And more rarely it seemed fully staffed not like BOA with their skeleton crew all days of the week. Great team at this branch.

Slowest bank ever and twice i went to withdraw from the drive thru and they didn't have enough money because the key holder was out to lunch. I know it's a training bank, but damn!
