My family and I had breakfast at IHOP yesterday. It was a horrible experience. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. There is no excuse, except for POOR MANAGEMENT.I might add, the server was good and very apologetic…it wasn’t his fault. The food was okay once it came, but we were too disgusted to enjoy the meal. The joke is on us, we should have left and never waited as long as we did. Get your act together, manager!We won’t be returning!

I was disappointed by the gentleman who was our server. He would only speak to us from a huge distance like we had a disease and he wasn't very engaged with customer service. The overall experience was awful.

Very clean! Silverware was polished, which often times at other places it’s stained with watermarks. It’s nice to see management & staff care about cleanliness. Our server was also very polite. New favorite location!

My server was a tall lady named Rose. She greeted me and sat me at a table. She took my order but after 20 minutes, my omlette still had not been brought out I left. I was only 1 of the 2 tables She had. It was about 6:45 in the morning. There was no excuse for breakfast to take this long. I won't be back.

Do not eat here. I was half way into my food with my family when I find a half grown roach in my damn food. Where we were seated, it appeared as if it was back in the 50's and a colored section tucked away in the corner with the poorly climate controlled and maintained area. As someone that forcefully vomited up my 20.00$ of food DO NOT EAT HERE.

After a first good experience, we came a second time only to make the decision to never come again. The service was great, very attentive both times. I should have believed my daughter a bit more though when she kept telling me there was a bug under the table as soon as we sat down, but I didn't see anything and thought it was her being dramatic. But, when the waitress brought us the check and I began to pay via the app, (we also were still trying to finish our food) I lifted the check tray and saw a roach. It ran across the table and my husband swiped it to the floor immediately. When the waitress came back to collect the check tray, she asked if we wanted to-go boxes and we told her no. We were so disgusted and mentioned that we saw a roach on the table. She immediately asked for the manager to come to our table, which he did, and he said he was not aware of the restaurant having a bug issue and that he hasn't seen any. He gave no reassurance that it would get looked into just a "I'm sorry" and didn't offer to even compensate or refund the bill. A day later and it's still on my mind how disgusting that was. I came to look at reviews only to find that other guests have said the same thing too, some as far back as 3 months ago.
