I placed an online order October 18, 2023, in the amount of 192.99, for a glass end table. After not receiving a notification from them about my shipping I contacted them a spoke with Marvin who informed me that they didn't ship out items to my zip code, and that I'd receive a full refund. I would text them constantly and would always get that they are closed, and someone would contact me. I contacted them for several more weeks and was told over and over again that they would have Marvin contact me and as of today February 21, 2024 I still haven't received my refund., nor have I been contacted by Marvin. I feel they are scammers because my receipt clearly states " CUSTOMER PROFILE INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING" ., Buyer beware don't use there online site to order, it's better if you live in there area to make a in-store purchase. I'll be contacting the BBB Better Business Bureau also because looking at their reviews this is a common practice that they use to steal your money knowing that they don't practice shipping.

I made an online purchase from In Home Furniture on 12/10/23 and the invoice said 7-21 days to receive it. In January I reached out to In Home Furniture to find out the status and was informed by the receptionist that they do not ship out of there area. I told her that I would like a refund because I live on the other side of the country. She told me that she couldn't help me and the person that takes care of that wasn't in but would leave a message. Since then I have emailed In Home Furniture several times, called them several times and left messages (no one is ever there that can help you) and I even tried going through Facebook messenger. They will NOT respond. Buyer Beware!! After researching this company there have been similar complaints. Good luck if you decide to make a purchase with In Home Furniture

In Home Furniture helped me greatly and with friendly advice and always with a friendly attitude. I purchased my bedroom set, and the dining table and the living room set with them.Their in-store staff was wonderful and their prices are very competitive!!!. The delivery team was friendly and respectful, and very careful with the items I purchased. I recommended them ?

I searched many stores on-line in the San Antonio area for the perfect sofa. In Home Furniture helped me greatly, and responded quickly to my calls with friendly advice and always with a friendly attitude. Their in-store staff was wonderful to work with, and their price was very competitive! The delivery team was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I LOVE my new sofa.

I love this place and the customer is beyond great. I have purchased with them for over 5 years and I’m always satisfied. They help with financing to have quality furniture or appliances. They moves up the street and looks even better. I recently purchased a bedroom set my son who is now 14 over 6 foot and no longer fits in twin lol. Thanks so much to at In Home furniture. My next purchase will be refrigerator and they prices are the best for the quality you get.

She communicated promptly and provided clear information about furniture size and exact dimensions of the boxes. She and her team work so well together - Fast delivery and installation. Our first time buying from here and the customer service & experience didn't deserve a star.They give expectations that aren't met with no communication. We purchased our table on Saturday, September 2nd and the store said our table would be here in a week and today is September 16th and it's been 2 weeks.Our table was delivered today and it came with NO bench.Then we were told it is now on back order which we were never made aware of.We had to call after a week to keep checking if our table was in. That is not a customers job to keep calling and bugging about their order. We went here because it is a small business but we won't be going back because of the bad customer service.

I purchased a power recliner sofa that is defective. First I was dismissed and told "that's the way they are". After seeing the identical sofa at Ashley without the defect I pursued it further and was told there would be a charge to have service come out to look at their defective product. What?!?! Finally they sent service at no charge after much argument and more dismisal. Service was not able to fix the product. I am being told I need to be grateful for them doing that and the sofa serves its intended purpose because I can sit on it (his words verbatim). After going back and forth with Marvin the store manager he actually hung up on me. Who does business this way?!?!

I purchased a sofa several months ago. The delivery guys complained about having to bring it in the house. They set it on the end( where the arm of the couch is) and left complaining the whole time how heavy it is. Not sure why they are delivery men if they can’t handle the load! After opening the sofa and setting it up by myself, I realized that the back of one side leans a bit. We used the sofa about a week then it seemed worse so I contacted the store. They asked me to send all kinds of photos to show how bad the leaning was. Said they would get back to me. Nothing. So I reached out. They said they send info to manufacturer for warranty. And it may take a little time. A couple weeks go by. Nothing else done. No calls. So I reached out again. I told them I was tired of waiting and I wanted a refund. They told me they were waiting on a part from the manufacturer to repair it. This all started around March 16. It is now almost July. And they have not bothered reaching out to me any more and I still have a broken sofa! So no, they do not have great customer service. Maybe while your purchasing it but not if there are any issues! I am posting about them in every place I can find. Hoping no one else has the same issues!

People there are so kind… the Owner himself interacts with me and helps me look for furniture that he thinks would look good in my house..I swear every time I walk in there I walk out with something new that I’m super excited about!#Newhomeowner!!
