Emily was very helpful in helping me with rug choices. The process of ordering samples, returning those and the final purchase was seamless. Ended up purchasing a dining rug, entry rug and two rugs for the great room along with pads. Now just need a dining table and some art on the walls for a completed look. Thank you!

We bought a large 12x15 carpet from Incredible Rugs and Decor online, the experience was very smooth, Robert is very communicative and the rug came really, really well wrapped and protected with multiple layers of thick heavy plastic. Will absolutely buy from IR&D again.

I love my new rug and applaud all of Emily’s efforts to help me. I didn’t realize a hand tufted wool rug would require so much vacuuming and clipping of rug threads. I thought the carpet was defective. In any case, Emily worked thru my issues and although labor intensive, I do love my new rug. Thank you Emily
