I have leased two cars and now just bought out my lease. The sales team back in 2018 was far better than the team now, they do not care about the service they provide for their loyal customers. Will not be doing business with them in the future.

!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!I love the infiniti brand, but I will never do business with this dealership ever again. Upon buying my vehicle just getting it freah out the shop and ready to drive. Within 2 days of driving around the city, we had a major mechanical issue. The caliper came off and brake fluid was gushing out!?!?!?!?! Completely unsafe and lucky to be alive, we called right away. It took them about 5hrs to get us a replacement. The replacement was great until I looked at the wheels and they're completely BALD! I couldn't believe it. So we had the loner for over 3 weeks. During that time my wife and I called at least a dozen times to get some kind of update. No one ever reached out to us. Then we get word that the dealership doesn't want to pay for the repairs/ trying to penny pinch the whole thing. The sales manager Kenny has extremely poor communication. For a manager to have this lack of communication is unheard of. We had to take our vehicle in again for another repair and the loner then sent this time the tags expire within a few days. On top of that the vehicle smells like its been smoked in for years. We're a non smoking family. When asked to get a replacement the sales manager flat out said no. I couldn't believe it. Any buyers seriously thinking of doing business with this dealership. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I'm shocked they have the reviews/ratings online. They don't care about the customers whatsoever.

My car serviced at the dealership was flawless! The service representatives were attentive, efficient, and Incredibly professional. From addressing specific issues to thorough check up, their experience in Friendly approach made the entire experience top-notch 100% satisfaction with the service received!

I would steer clear of this dealership like the plague. The sales people seem nice but the management of the dealership isn't even attempting to hide swindling members. After trying to purchase a car through them over Veteran's Day weekend, noticed their vehicles are riddled with hidden fees (in my case nearly $4K) for services they provide "before we list the vehicle". After telling them the number they had wasn't possible, they magically came back with still preposterously high numbers that just 5 minutes ago were "completely outside of the realm of possibility". Fast forward 5 days, and their salesman has reached out twice to see a deal could be made, the first attempt numbers again magically dropped and the second, the vehicle had been raised on their website by $4K (I had been tracking the vehicle before Veteran's Day sales and it never had an adjusted price online). This dealership is a fraud just trying to swindle and take advantage of its customers, I'd highly suggest going anywhere else in San Antonio.

Attention veterans and car shoppers:My observations at this service center have revealed a concerning pattern. Initially, the service was impressive, but it declined after a staff mistake. Customers expecting high standards felt disrespected and misinformed due to initial service failures. Moreover, complaints seemed to result in even slower service, indicating a potential bias against those who raise issues. It's crucial for customers, especially veterans and car buyers, not to face unnecessary delays.There's also a serious safety issue: the center was cleaning with soapy water without "caution: slip" signs, a hazard for someone like me with four torn ligaments.Furthermore, I anticipate that my decision to voice these concerns might lead to some form of retaliation. The lack of care towards veterans, particularly those with high disability ratings, is not only disrespectful but also exposes the establishment to potential legal risks. ?♀️I'm sure the management expected a review like this, given the noticeable decline in service standards and safety measures. It's disappointing to witness such a disregard for customer experience and safety, particularly for a segment as deserving as veterans.

Gus was literally amazing. He made my car buying experience the best I've ever had in my life. I've always spent a whole day at a dealership trying to make a deal before, but he made things so much easier and I was done in no time. Thank you Gus and thanks the team of Infiniti of San Antonio for the amazing service. I can't be any happier.

At Grubbs Infiniti of San Antonio Kim is the best and an excellent advisor. She kept me informed, let me know how things were going along and even called me to let me know a part was being ordered and how long it would take for it to arrive. She was very considerate and didn't make me feel like there were any concerns too minor and made suggestions on the services my car needed. I didn't tell her this but i took my vehicle to another automotive repair shop to get my door locks adjusted and they said it couldn't be done. Kim said she would look into it and got my door locks adjusted just the way i wanted. I appreciate excellent service when i see it. I would give her 10 stars I could!

Staff was extremely nice and professional. Everyone was well prepared for us and we spent minimum time going through paperwork and were able to drive out of the dealership in our brand new car in record time! Will definitely be a return customer.

Always a pleasant experience. I purchased my vehicle two years ago. During the purchasing process the manager advised me what extended warranty would be the best for my certified pre owned vehicle. So happy he was there to walk me through my first car purchase because two years later I came into a very costly turbo issue that was covered under my extended warranty. Kim kept me updated throughout the whole repair and they provided me a loaner vehicle. Would definitely recommend to anyone in search for a new vehicle.

Brought vehicle for an oil change which I was told there was a wait time & the oil change itself would take 2 hours, TWO HOURS. Ridiculous time frame to do an oil change. Once oil change was completed they mentioned there were 2 other things that the vehicle needed & that was going to take an additional day. I agreed to it because it seemed important. I have 3 kids, including a newborn, so before I headed over to pick up the car I called to see when the car would be ready. Then I called at the time given to make sure it was ready. Which I was told , that it was ready for pick up. I arrived 30 minutes late just to give them cushion time incase they had any last minute things to do. Not only was my car NOT ready, but I was told they needed 45 more minutes!!! I even told them I had my kids with me, didn't even offer to wait inside or a water in over 100 degree weather. I'm literally still waiting for my car right now as I type! This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced.

#1 the most amazing, and only thing I found excellent about this dealer was the salesman Franco. I am saddened to give such a bad review, but I feel I owe it to others like myself. The series of events are as follows. I called to see if said car was available, the salesman asked his manager, and he said “yes”. We drove about 20 minutes, test drove the car, agreed to purchase it., When we started the application, the poor salesman comes over and told me “ma’am I’m so sorry the car was sold this morning”. I was really disappointed, but I could see the salesman felt just as bad as I did. The salesman went in the dealer to find out what else they had available in their inventory. We decided to take a drive around the parking lot, when we saw a suspicious man trying to get into the cars for sale. We stopped and just looked at him, he knew he was noticed so he started to walk away. We started to do another drive around when we found the same man, this time inside a car. We stopped in front of the car so he couldn’t get out. I called over the salesman to let him know that someone allegedly is trying to steal a car. All the salesman came out, and the alleged car thief started to get very aggressive, and hitting the salesman. It turned into a brawl with salesman getting hurt. I ran out of my car with my 5 year old twins, “we were so scared” and ran in the dealership. The commotion was terrible, my kids were screaming and crying, and so was I to be honest (minus the screaming). I took my children and ran to the back of the show room, found an office open, and locked myself in. We waited there in fear for about 20 minutes. My husband and a sales man came and got me after the man was in the police car, and it was safe. The thing that bothers me the most is, our safety wasn’t a priority! I had to go find a room that was safe to bring my children by myself!! No one brought us to safety to weigh it out. Everyone was fist fighting outside, and no one, not one person stopped and ensured the safety of my children, and myself. It was a terrible experience. In the end I received thanks for stopping the man from stealing a $50k car. BTW I never bought a car from them because that same night, after all was said and done, they told me they charge a $1,700 dealer fee, and other fees on top of that. They also said it was too late to do a credit application. The next day, I never heard back from them. I had to call them around 2 pm. They sent me a proposal for a truck we were looking into. Not a good experience at all!!!

Over the years I have leased over five vehicles from this store. My family constantly gets over charged for things included in our package. For a loyal client as myself and family, this is not how you run a business. I also over hear a lot of their gossip while I wait for my vehicle that is in maintenance. Over hearing a manager say, "being nice to people is not how you succeed in this business" is not what a customer buying, or leasing a vehicle from you wants to hear... End of rant.

I was highly impressed with my service advisor, Shawndy, and the work of the technician that actually did the job on my vehicle. I received my vehicle and it was highly clean and running in perfect condition. Each time that I visit the service area I am always greeted with staff that are very friendly and make my visit very pleasant and it feels like a family atmosphere. I continue to, and will always be very extremely happy to deal with the service staff that includes shawndy and all of her wonderful colleagues that work in the service area. I would also like to mention the fact that my loaner vehicle was also an excellent experience. I cannot say enough about the incredible confidence level that I feel every time I have a question regarding my luxury brand infinity vehicle.

Four stars for overall experience. However, I give FIVE stars to Ian, my salesman. There was almost a missed opportunity in a sale because text messaging responses from dealership.Aside from that , I still went through with purchase of vehicle. And, I am glad I did!Ultimately it was my test drive experience and Ian's genuine and naturally kind demeanor that sold me. Kudos to this knowledgeable and customer service driven individual that you have on your team. It's he that saved the day. Ian is someone I would definitely recommend to my family and closest friends because I know he will deliver with professionalism.
