“First of all, there was NO barrage of texts, or phone calls. I asked for a quote online. Got it in about 30 minutes or less. I was shocked to see the monthly amount drop by about $90.00! I said, sign me up, not only was it cheaper, it provided me with options I didn’t have w/my current insurance company. My ‘person’ is Marina Smith. I think she is an insurance ‘virtuoso’. She listens, she thinks outside the 4 walls of her office! She tolerated my ‘chattiness’ an attribute I’m not proud of, she never made me feel like I was a bother.
