“Good and bad. I have had an investment account with them for years. Only had one problem in transferring a Mutual fund from a bank over to them. Finally had to cancel the transaction. Then after a year tried again and it went threw in days. crazy.Don't listen to all the bad reviews here.. Fee's are low to non existent. “This is my second time working with ***** at The Credit Repairmen. I didn't hesitate to get back to work on my credit score after a hospitalization. Almost immediately, I saw a substantial jump among all three credit bureaus. ***** was always available to speak with me regarding any questions and gave me a realistic time frame at which point I would be at or over 600, which, in my case, I needed to qualify for a lease on a house for me and my son. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to raise their credit score but does not know where to start. The company they recommended to monitor my credit score was also helpful, as I could check the status of all credit scores across all three bureaus monthly. Many people think they can do it on their own, but I am a full-time graduate student, and knowing that someone was working to improve my credit score was more than worth the cost. I would not have returned to work with ***** again if I had not seen the results and felt that the price was more than worth it.”

“I love banking with RBFCU including having a credit card and auto loan!However this location really needs to work on their ATMs , half of the time the ATMs are not working or accepting cash, which is very inconvenient and frustrating especially when you need to deposit cash after bank hours. It is very inconvenient to have to drive to the Flores location. These machines do look outdated, perhaps install newer ones as this is a busy location and should be accessible to its members.”

“I was simply going to call this location and use apple maps to look up nearest and number for it when I saw it had a one star review I was genuinely curious. When I saw the reviews it was no wonder why, it seems as though all the customers like myself have never taken the time to put in a review for y'all and that sucks because out of, at the very least, 10-15 times Ive been to this location its always been quick, simple, and the associates were more than nice and helpful.
