Been with IBC for almost 20+ yrs. Called customer service to find out which IBC has a change counter machine. I was told IBC on Travis. So I came with my coins big container weighing more than 40 lbs. I get there and was told they only do it for commercial account ONLY. Thanks for wrong info. ?

Got a form for direct deposit for my job and Danielle Herrera gave me the wrong routing number so now i don’t get paid ! thanks for taking life to attend me and then giving me the wrong number

Best customer service ever. Always greeted as soon as I walk in and helped immediately and never have to wait. Wheelchair accessible. The bankers are great and attentive.
