I would give zero stars, but that isn't an option. The customer service is rude, prejudiced, and fake. I have used this establishment in the past, and even then, service was mediocre, but at least there was effort. Today, the customer service or lack there of makes me wonder how this business is still open. If you're white and loom like you have money, you may have a different experience. You even remotely look Hispanic. Good luck! Don't believe me? Look at past reviews and the last name of those that left 1 star.

I had a really wonderful experience at this store. We wanted invitations for a wedding. The staff was warm and knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips to get the best layout for the invitations. My main concern was that I wanted a special font that really matched the concept of our wedding. The staff suggested printing everything in house. This was a brilliant idea because we were able to get our invitations much faster. I highly recommend the store.

Had a great experience here! Week of the wedding and one of our packages didn’t arrive in time(another company) with our place cards. I went into the store and right away they pointed me to what I was looking for. They were able to rush everything so it would be done in time. The calligrapher on staff is amazing and also worked with us to rush the order. Thanks for being so awesome and accommodating! Only down side is it was pricey but that can be expected with last minute purchases.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My mother and I went in to inquire about my wedding invitations as what I was wanting to do is not a normal simple print as I wanted a starfish stamped or embossed on the invitations. We were greeted warmly and the 2 first women we spoke to were polite. An elderly woman and another woman who seemed to be newer in the business as she was confused and asking for help from the elderly woman. After speaking to them both and looking at many options the owner came out to speak to us and show us that it could be done. However we would have to wait until maybe Monday for a quote no problem as it was Friday morning we did not mind waiting. As Monday came and went Tuesday afternoon I called. I spoke to a woman who had no idea what I was speaking about and when I mentioned the owner she said she was busy with another customer at the moment but would give me a call back. I waited and when the owner did call back not only did she not have a simple quote for me she was extremely rude, arrogant, and snobby with me. She also stated she never said " We never said we would contact you today". She was right I was supposed to be contacted on Monday and I called back Tuesday afternoon politely asking for the quote. The woman clearly did not want to do the job even though it would have been great business for them as it would have been 200 very formal invitations. This business might have been great years ago but after the treatment we received I will never recommend this place to anyone. The owner needs to take a good hard look in the mirror and realize if she does not want to do business with someone that is fine just say you can not do the job. You do not have people waiting for communication and then call them liars for calling for answers. If I could give them zero stars I would. This business has no reason for them to conduct business so poorly. And I see I am not the only one who has been treated this way either.

I like this store as a one stop for the pretty stationary sets. The lady was helpful but not noisy and gave me plenty of time to make a selection on my own. The music at the store was very soothing and enjoyable. I found even more than expected to buy. Will be coming back.

The lack of professionalism was disheartening. The disorganization didn’t help that there was a lot of miscommunication (on their part), and my fiancé and I still paid for invitations that were not used. At least we were given a discount on invitations they tossed out for us. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here for custom work.

A few months back, I spent about a month of my time communicating with the staff here at Invitations, Ect, both via email and phone regarding having some custom invitations printed that I had created. After what I felt was successful organization and waiting a few weeks for samples to come in, I only received 2/8 of the samples I was assured would be there. My fiancé and I took time from our very demanding jobs to be able to be there, so we could chose the aesthetic combination we liked the best, place and finalize the order, and make our payment. After professionally expressing mine and my fiancé’s disappointment with this huge oversight, we agreed to come back a few days later, and felt leery, but cautiously optimistic that it would work out.I was told in order to have the remainder of my samples printed, I would have to pay $120 for 6 more samples—when in our email correspondence it clearly stated in the signature that after the first few free samples, a $5 fee would be observed per sample, showing that there was something not entirely kosher going on with this information I was given. This fee was separate and would not go towards the other nearly $300 we were quoted for the printing of the invitations themselves. I can speculate the reason as for this—since it was a simple print and not anything that would warrant a cost like that such as like gold foiling—but ultimately, think it just boils down to unprofessional attitudes and petty behavior. We were met with absurd and awful customer service and rude behavior that my fiancé and I did not appreciate, especially with how much effort we put into making the situation work. Moral of the story, we would not suggest anyone to come here for anything. I was majorly disappointed with the lack of maturity of these women, and lost a substantial amount of time for my wedding planning. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Very rude and didn't even acknowledge us as we walked in. They seemed very prejedous and it's sad as I'm a returning customer from when their location was on broadway. We stood for about 10 minutes until we walked out.
