Was told I needed a new transmission so took it here for a second opinion. I value honesty more than anything. Was told my transmission was good and changed the transmission mount. Was quick and professional. Can't say how grateful I am for the honesty, saved me thousands

I was having a lot of trouble with my transmission. John, of J and J Transmissions is the one I dealt with from beginning to end. He kept me posted as to when parts were due in as well as keeping me posted each step of the way. When the car was ready, I ran into some scheduling conflicts which would have pushed me back a day or two to pick up my car. Guess what? John, who owns the business with his nice father, came and dropped my car off at my house!! Who does that? 😃 John does of J and J Transmissions! He went above and beyond to make sure his customer was taken care of. Thank you so much! My car runs like a charm too! You have a customer forever! I just hope I don’t need you anytime soon! 😂

I've used this place for two of my trucks. On one truck there was a bad part from the parts supplier and they still got it and got it take care. Wonderful people at a fair price.

This Family/ Veteran owned and operated business is great. I recieved a very fair price, fast service and was treated very well by John and John. I highly recommend this shop for all of your transmission needs. Shops that operate with integrity, like this one, are becoming more rare.

Hey John, So, After 6000 miles and 2 weeks of the RV life, I'm elated to be home. Even more greatful to you and your team that no issues came up with transmission. The only problem I had was in Phoenix. With the temp above 110° the engine began to get too hot. However, we stayed the night in a Hotel and left at 3 A.M. to avoid the scorching heat.We climbed 3 mountain ranges of over 7000 feet and still no AT issues or leaks.Our adventure included Mother Nature at her best. Roaring rapids, cascading water falls in Tahoe, Yosemite, & Sequoia, all flexing their power to see who's the best.Pristine Lake waters, the joy of sunrise and sunset. Gargantuan trees of the Sequoias, keeping secrets for over 3000 years!My soul and senses felt the tingle of the great outdoors.Thanks again and highly recommend family and friends to you and your Pops shop. I'll definitely be back if ever I need another one of my vehicles worked on.Service: Transmission

Supposedly this transmission shop had my suburban working on it for almost 2 months and we just purchased this vehicle. 2 months? Like come on the most I'll give any shop just transmission 8 to 9 hours 10 tops. But 2 months we bought it in April but got it back a week ago. But not to mention I brought this truck back the second day we got it from rent to own hq and the were supposed to get it fixed that didn't happen. Then we brought it back again and it still wasn't fixed. Did the same problem when we took it back to them 2 times in a row with the same exact codes printed out from O'Reilly and auto zone. So if they fixed it like the main mechanic said they did. Why was the same 2 codes popping up again as it did the first 2 times. The main mechanic for rent to own hq said that the transmission guy usually gets it right 2 or if 3 times. Really? So, don't deal with this dealership or their so called mechanics.

My GMC truck decided to brake down on me. I called J&J Transmission late on a Friday. They took my truck, next work day told me the cost and when it was going to be ready! Excellent customer service. Truck runs great. Recommend them highly. 5 stars!Service: Transmission
