It was time for some new jeans / pants & I wanted to try J.Crew as they are known for their quality. Michael, one of the managers was able to help me determine the type of pant that best fit me & was very pleasant to work with. Incredible customer service!

I had an amazing experience today shopping. There was an amazing sales associate named Jason who was beyond amazing. I went there to buy one pair of shorts and he treated me like I was purchasing the whole store. Very kind and super knowledgeable about their products. The shorts I purchased are going to be a great wear in my travels to Europe next week. Thank you Jason ?

Me and my family are visiting from out of town and went to the mall. Had not been to San Antonio in while because of work and the virus. Very happy to be back. Margaret helped us out - she was sweet, helpful and polite without being overbearing. When we were checking out, we asked for dinner recommendations and a gentleman(missed his name) was there and gave us a wonderful suggestion for exactly what we were looking for. Amazing crew working at this location! Just a very pleasant experience overall.

Tamantha has one job and that’s customer service. We (my 5 year old daughter and I ) didn’t feel that at all. Hopefully this store’s leadership can get their act together for the sake of the rest of the employees.

The selection seemed quite sparse and the lighting was so dark in the store it's difficult to see without having to walk an item to the window and use daylight to determine what color it is.

Nice men's clothes. Great sale. Guy helped with our shopping experience. Wish I knew his name. He had black hair and wore glasses. He was very friendly and offered suggestions. Will definitely go again
