My order took 30 min manager blaming 3 new hires. Who trained them if they got any training at all is the question?I wasnt the only 1 either who waited long another cust waited 45 min. Insane!

Went to drive thru both people working there were the rudes I've service I've ever had girl told me we don't have sauce we don't have anything what else you want I said I guess nothing she imitated me as I drove of the young man yelled at me cause they had my other part of my order he said to me here old bag I was like what he said if you don't like it don't come back I have called the main office and they don't return my call thus happened 3-10-24 the place look dirty inside and out ...

Trying to call the store on south zarzamora st . I could hear them answer the phone then hang it up instantly. Then after calling a third time they put it on hold music. What kind of customer service is this?

Just Went through the Drive thru and the Guy Working the Drive thru put Me on Hold when there's was No one in the Drive thru.. And was Very Unprofessional. It's Employees like Him that are going to Bring Down a Business. I Went at 6:30pm who ever was on the Drive thru should be Fired !! Customer service should Always be Number One !! Unless you're trying to Lose Customers. I went to McDonald's So you lost a Customer and That's Not Good for Any Business!! Be more like Chick-fil-A..
