Placed my order through the mobile app and when I arrived, the cashier said they cant do my order. I asked for a refund but was told to come back tomorrow morning. No sense of urgency from staff and they had no desire to help me!

I love the food here, it's very good for fast food, but they really need more staff for overnight. I understand that this tends to be a lower margin time period (especially in San Antonio), but very frequently there will be only one person in the whole building both to take orders and cook the food—simultaneously! If there's any line whatsoever it will take 20+ minutes to get through because of this, and I've waited 40+min before. I can't really blame the workers because that's a lot on one's plate if things get busy, and it's pretty clear to tell they're doing the best they can. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people decide to find somewhere else to eat just because of how long it takes to get the food at night, at least via the drive through.I want to be clear: I believe this to be a management/staffing issue, not an employee productivity issue. Don't know anything about the way the place runs though so I won't speculate further.Also sometimes the tacos are pretty soggy with grease. Still edible tho (that's the only reason I took off a star on the food rating)

I really dislike giving bad reviews, but it was horrible! The restaurant was dirty (& there were no other customers - so not an issue of not having time). The staff was rude & moved with absolutely no sense of urgency. They were out of several things we tried to order. Won't go back!

This specific location is drive thru only right now. Other than that. It's Jack n the box. Hard to leave a review on something everyone knows about already

I've been to Jack-in-the-Box many times. This is the first time that I've actually been able to identify the 3 different cheeses used to prepare the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger. Way good and way cool.

I wanted to acknowledge the great customer service that this young man at the drive-thru window had. Tristian, was polite, respectful and had great mannerism not something you find in young people today, especially in the fast food night shift.In the past we had not so pleasant service at this location and at other, Jack in the box.

The only bright side to this place is the guy who works the drive-thru at night. The place is dirty, they are always out of everything, never get your order right, and everyone(else) has this attitude like they hate their jobs. I went today and they were out of 4 things I tried to order, forgot 2 of my items, their menu is 1/2 missing and instead of napkins, we got a couple paper towels that looked straight out of their bathroom dispenser.

OMG can't say enough about the customer service at this place. Super friendly and so courteous. One of the cleaness Jack in the boxes I've been in. Highly recommend.

Very bad experience this morning 3/8. After 9am and no manager on duty to give refund on very very very cold tacos that I received in the drive thru. There is NO WAY that whoever made these tacos knew that they weren't ice cold. I guess they didn't expect me to eat them in the parking lot and realize that they were not edible and try and return them within 5min of receiving them. Either way, JIB kept my money and no product to show for it. The cashier guy was very friendly and explained that he could not give me a refund unless I waited for a manager to show up, but that's ridiculous. He offered to "remake them" but I didn't have time to wait, I just wanted a refund. This is mainly to get SOMEONE'S attention about what's going on in their restaurant. They've closed 3 JIB around my house (Leon Valley area) Bandera/Poss, 410/Evers, and Huebner/Eckert and this one's next is this kind of service keeps up. Do better Jack!!
