FREAKING AMAZING staff! The people make the place & this place is phenomenal! I wish I knew her name, but the young lady who took our order & greeted us at window was such a sweetheart. I’m so grateful for them!

I went to Jack in The box I ordered 20 tacos with extra lettuce half of them had extra lettuce the other half were cold been sitting for a good while and there was little gnats this is disgusting I wouldn't even feed this to my kids

We were a school and had to be tax exempt. Staff had no idea how to ring up a tax exempt order so all 25 of us loaded back into the vehicles and left.

Although they work faster than other jack in the box establishments in the area, they still take long to get food out. Expect to be asked to pull forward and wait for a longer than normal time for your food every time you visit!!

Great staff, beginning with "Jacob lopez" because he is very polite and will help u make a decision easier for u. Food is good made fresh so it tastes like it evrytime I go. Very clean alsoParking: This location there is plenty of parking, even during lunch timeKid-friendliness: From wat I can see there are hardly any kid that go there, at least the times that I go..Wheelchair accessibility: Yes vary wheelchair accessible. Even handicap parking wit plenty of room to her out if u have a wheelchair

I was very disappointed when I walked into this restaurant. I work outside first thing I'm gonna do is wash my hands so I can get ready-to-eat while we were standing in line. My friend was going to order. I was gonna go wash my hands. Then come back and order something well this Manager Mexican gentlemen with tattoos on his arms. Both arms said I have to be a paying customer so you can open the restroom door but just because I hadn't paid yet or ordered yet. He didn't want to open the door to the Restroom for Me And I think that's very RUDE For a manager to act like that. He knew we're gonna sit down to eat there.But just ruin my appetite. I wish I could talk to.The district manager.Or corporate office and let them know about this.

"Team leader" had a very bad attitude! My tap pay wasn't working so I asked her if she could enter my card info manually and she rudely responded telling me "I've never done that before but I'm Only Going To Try ONCE and if it doesn't go thru I'm not going to try again" she then preceded to tell me it didn't allow her to do it so I left without food because I didn't have cash on me so I had to leave with no food. That team leader needs more training, she obviously doesn't know what she's doing and doesnt know that her ugly attitude wont get her very far. A few weeks before a regular employee was able to do it for me so maybe that employee can teach her.

My elderly parents went into this restaurant on their way to their doctor's appointment because my mom was craving Jack in the Box before her procedure. They have a routine when they travel long distances, where my mom goes and orders while my dad visits the restroom after being on the road. My dad notices the restroom as closed with a sign for customers only. He sees someone that works there and ask if he can get access to the restroom. She said that it was for paying customers only. He informed her that he is a paying customer and that his wife was ordering at the counter. She then proceeded to say that they had to pay for the order before they could unlock the door. I can tell you that in many years of working in the restaurant industry I have never heard of an employee denying access to the restroom until the order is paid for. I know that there are times when the restroom needs to be restricted to limit homeless and drug users from using their restrooms for other purposes... however, it was obvious that my mother was placing an order, they were not from the streets, and were paying customers even if my dad's word was not enough. Needless to say, they canceled their order and left this establishment. When the person was asked to for the managers name, she replied with "I am the manager". My mother then asked for her name and she said "Blanca", then proceeded to say very sarcastically "would you like my last name too." This is completely unprofessional and rude service at its finest. They'd rather lose a customer than just unlock it so my elderly dad could use the restroom while my mom orders. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves for treating elderly people in this matter! I will be calling the health department to inform them that customers do not have access to restrooms in this establishment. Maybe it will take a shut down to change how this restaurant does its business.If I were the Jack in the Box Corporate Office or the franchisee of this establishment, I would seriously consider whether or not Blanca Carter and this ridiculous restroom policy is right for your business!! Next call the Health Department. Read the reviews... this restaurant needs a culture change!!Wheelchair accessibility: They restricted elderly customers from using their restrooms. Shame on them!

I tried to call. No answer and no way to leave a message. I ordered 3 #26s/Ultimate Breakfast. The sandwiches did not have ham on all 3.You owe me money.
