I really recommend y'all to come with Jackson Hewitt cause we have the option to drop off our 10-99 and also to make a appointment and we'll my self I chose to drop off my 10-99 cause I've been stressing with others stuff but I gave all my info to Ms Karina and in less than 20 min she had processed everything for me with a exception I needed to provide my pin once I provided my pin by the next day she re processed my 10-99 and everything went good now with in 21 days I should receive my income tax. A big Thank you to Ms Karina oh and a big blush she's BILINGUAL so don't worry if you need her to translate in Spanish she gots you ?

I have a 3 o'clock appointment. It's 3:45. And it's just not moving in here. Nothing. Don't have a apology either. Just, it's going to be a few minutes. An hour later still here. Bottom line Appointment Doesn't work. I'm going now 4 pm. These ladies came in and they can have my turn. Unprofessional Place. Over an hour and that CPA. Can't finish 1 person yet. Wow we have to depend on how efficient others are.
