We have had our taxes done by Jackson Hewitt for many years. Unbeknownst to us there was a closer location than the one we always drove to. William Hope is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We will be back to see him every year. Thank you for Excellent Service!!

Convenient location with convenient hours. Knowledgeable tax professional easy to work with. Coupon to lower tax service fee definitely appreciated by seniors on fixed income. Office environment could use a little update.

William really accommodated my appointment time. I was the first customer on Sunday. He went over my tax filing forms with me. He even suggested a way for me to make an adjustment on my W-4, to receive a greater return next year. I felt William was really looking out for me. I told him I’m coming back to Jackson Hewitt next year and that I’m going to request him.

William is hands down the BEST tax representative in San Antonio, TX!! I’ve dealt with numerous tax reps in the past and non has fought for me the way Bill do! He takes the extra mile and uses his expert experience and knowledge to get me the Most back for my refunds. It’s nice to not leave his office with the usual crumbs but in return the BIG ?.

My first time at this location since I moved here in this area. I love Mr. Hope he is super sweet and humble and he helps you out the best way possible. I’m glad I came here. He makes you feel comfortable and he knows all about those taxes and if he doesn’t he can sure find the answers .2nd year here and MR.HOPE is the best......you won't be disappointed.. he is a sweet man and very caring...........................
