I had a horrible experience this year so after using them for 9 yrs I will be switching. The first time I went the tax girl messed up my taxes. Then I went back and now I've been denied my advance...ive always gotten it. I would have never went there if I knew I wasn't getting the advance. They trick you into going with words they don't bCk up
