The customer service is pretty good, and everyone is usually really nice. But they wanted $536. I was in a rush so I paid it but every time I went (the last two years) they charged me $536.But they are nice and they give cash advances up to 3,000 so that was really nice.

The staff is very nice, but the company has ridiculous prices. I went with my W-2 and 1 depends. And they wanted to charge me $ 445. The next day you went H&R Block and only paid $ 264.90.
