James Avery Artisan Jewelry creates charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry inspired by love, family, friendship and faith. The jewelry is still designed and produced in Texas Hill Country workshops. The store offers a very good selection of items, including beautiful cross rings. The staff at the store are welcoming, sweet, kind, professional and helpful, greeting customers and offering to assist them. The store manager is noted for excellent customer service, making everyone feel at home and treated equally. The team is praised for solving problems with jewelry, even long-standing issues. Assistance is provided in finding the perfect bracelet and choosing charms, as well as getting charms soldered on. The overall experience is excellent and highly recommended. Customers plan future purchases and note it is worth getting the warranty for damage, especially for chains. The location provides a great experience for anyone to shop.
Very friendly and probably the fastest service ever. Don't be discouraged if you see it packed or long line. That line will dissappear before your own eyes lol

I always come here and all the staff is very helpful. I choose to go to the quarry location over other San Antonio JA locations solely because of excellent customer service I’ve received from them.
