Service is noted as going above and beyond, with staff handling customers quickly and with care, and services like same day pickup and cleaning are available. While locations can be very busy and slightly confusing at first entry, the experience leaves customers happy with their clean and well-maintained jewelry.

Went in at lunch hour to get my charms put on my bracelet. Place had 2 customers, plus me and 1 attendant. Attendant was already helping a customer. I believe her name was Emily? She was very efficient, even when having to deal with a rude elderly lady who didnt know how lines work. She was calm, cool and collected.

I had a terrific experience at this location. I was helped by a young woman named Sarah. She was so pleasant, helpful, and charming. I was a bit indecisive, but she was extremely patient and gave very good advice. I am most pleased with my selection and will definitely be returning.
