Customers can experience it at the store in Ingram Park Mall in San Antonio. The staff are amazing, super helpful, kind, friendly, informative and patient. Employees immediately greet and offer assistance. The line goes quick with no long waits. Staff go above and beyond, providing many different options and offering opinions without making customers feel rushed. They are candid and helpful with special purchases and gifts. The environment is clean with a great atmosphere, offering mask and hand sanitizer at the entrance. Customers love shopping there for gifts and would definitely return because of the great customer service.
Ive been a loyal customer for over 30 years. The BUY NOW PAY LATER is a great option. But signage should be placed closer to customers. Especially for those with sight difficulty. TY
