Normally I don't like leaving bad reviews for people but the photographer employee working the day shift was incredibly rude. Came in with a positive mindset for our baby's pictures and left feeling like crap. Don't recommend at all!!

(Jewelry department )Samantha's behavior was exceptionally rude when she instructed me to sign in despite there being people ahead of me, only to skip my name after 30 minutes. She had the audacity to claim that she had been calling my name.

The photo department was absolutely unkind and not accommodating. They yelled at my family of 9 from the moment we set foot in the door. The photographer saw our reservation online and waited till we came to tell us that they were unwilling to take our photo because we had 9 people. We’ve had this reservation a week in advance, we were just trying to take a Christmas picture. My family and I are deeply let down by this and will not return to their photo department at 5335 W Loop 1604 N Access Rd. Where’s the Christmas spirt.

I was looking for lipsticks and makeup brushes. Found all her and at 1/2 off regular price! Great deal and the woman who waited on me was great! Helped me find the right shades of lipsticks and the makeup brushes! First time buying their makeup and it was quick and easy! Great prices too!

I’ve been trying to get in contact with Janie GM at Alamo Ranch as she stated she would reach out to me about 2 weeks ago. I’ve been on site in attempts to resolve my missing items. I was asked to wait. I also followed up with Myra (assistant manager?) and she stated that the GM wasn’t in but she would relay the information. Myra did try helping but her hands were tied since she stated she needed to get GMs input. I have not received the items I ordered online but was told they were picked up. To this day, I have not received an update, my two items, OR my money back. Oh and my calls go unanswered.Ive googled any other point of contact to get this resolved. I will try to find any contact above GM to report the matter.

Hadn't been to Penny for years. Walked in, saw what prices are these days, and walked out. Not the Penny I remember from my youth.Bought the same exact dress shirt (brand, size, and fit) elsewhere for less than half the price.

Curbside service was quick, but the parking for it could cause some confusion. My attendant was in the hot sun longer than she needed to be looking for our vehicle. Nonetheless, I will continue to use this convenient service, especially now that I know how the parking situation is designed.Curbside service ALWAYS saves this shopaholic a lot of money!

They close at 9 but really shut everything down at 8pm which is frustrating. Went in to spend $300+ on some jewelry and shorts. No one helped in the jewelry department although there were 2 people behind the counters, when I found shorts I needed to try them on. Would have taken all of 2 minutes. I walked to the dressing room (there was still 20 minutes until 9pm) I assume the manager standing by the front door watched me walk to the dressing room, all the rooms were full with other customers, so I stood waiting outside the door, they called the dressing room attendant over the intercom to call them. She called them, a customer left the dressing room and I was about to walk in when she stopped me to tell me the dressing rooms were now closed.. the last 3 trips I've made here have been this way. Last time a different dressing room attendant got mad and was making a scene with her co worker that I was in the dressing room 30min before close.It's incredibly frustrating. When we go to the store we don't bother things. We pick out items. When we do try things on we fold and put things back where we found them if they don't work for us. However they treat us like we are inconvenient and bad customers. Which is frustrating and disappointing. I don't know what the deal is, I've worked in retail before at many other places. They always told us to treat all open hours the same, we aren't closed until we are officially closed when those business hours end.This location is rude. Just assume they close at 7pm if you want to be treated like a paying customer and not an inconvenience/nuisance because that's what you seem to be if you come to shop between 7pm and their supposed 9pm "close" time.

I just shopped for curtains and was pleasantly surprised by how great the store looks with the ongoing remodel. Hector was a big help--best customer service I've had in a long time. Good job Alamo Ranch JC Penney!

Customer service was terrible. I tried finding an employee to help me and ended up finding a store manager, Myra, and just seemed annoyed helping me the whole time. I didn’t feel welcomed nor had the same excitement shopping the way i did when i first came in. don’t recommend coming if you like having conversations with employees when trying to get help.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the JC Penney jewelry counter. The customer service was some of the worst I've ever encountered. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to my needs.When I approached the counter to ask for assistance with a purchase, the salesperson barely looked up from her phone. She didn't greet me or ask how she could help. Instead, she gave me a dismissive wave and continued scrolling through her social media feed.When I finally managed to get her attention and ask for help, she seemed annoyed and put out. She answered my questions with a minimum of effort and made it clear that she was in no hurry to assist me any further.I was so frustrated by the poor service that I decided to leave without making a purchase. I was disappointed that I didn't receive the help I needed and that the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing any sort of assistance or support.Overall, I would not recommend shopping at the JC Penney jewelry counter if you are looking for attentive, friendly, and helpful customer service. The staff's lack of interest in helping customers was truly shocking and made for an unpleasant shopping experience.
