I was shopping at the JCP at Rolling Oaks. My husband was with me, he walks with a cane, recovering from a stroke. I was going into a Fitting Room and was looking for a chair for him to sit momentarily. No chair to be found. I asked him to stand and wait for a minute, I was only trying one thing on. Out of nowhere a young lady by the name of Amy walked up with a stool! A big shout out to Amy! It took some stress off me knowing that my husband was temporarily okay. What an amazing young lady! I should have gotten her last name. She needs to be recognized for her customer service and compassion! Please! She just so happened to check me out, as well, upper level checkout. I thanked her, again! What a wonderful experience! Thank you JCP!

Getting there can be a little crazy because of the construction, but once you're there, you find it's not really crowded. Very nice mall.
