I had an absolutely terrible experience at Jenny's Nails & Spa. The pedicure was rushed and poorly done my feet look horrible, and I'm disgusted with the results. The environment was also very hostile. When I tried to express my dissatisfaction, an older gentleman aggressively told me that if I didn't pay, he would call the police. He and another employee then tried to blame me, saying I should have paid more for a different service that was never explained to me. I ended up paying $50 for a gel removal and polish that was completely unacceptable. This was the most unprofessional and upsetting salon visit I've ever had, and I would never recommend it. P.S I forgot to mention she removed half of my fingernails with a tool. They hurt so bad!!

Out of necessity I had to find a new place. I can see how some people might feel Jenny has a firm personality. She also has 25 years experience doing pedicures and that's what won't me as a new client. She did a fantastic job. My pedicure lasted me more than two weeks. Thanks Jenny.

the older asian lady that works here is rude and does not do a good job.
i got my toes done a week ago and they are already messed up.
she always does a half-decent job

Jenny did a good job kind of pushy I wanted regular polish but she insisted on shellac but I can’t complain too much because it was 45 dollars including the tip. My toes still look great after 3 weeks

Jenny is amazing! Takes her time with each customer and offers special designs. She can match or make even better designs from the pictures you show her. They last a very long time also even after dishes, gardening and day to day chores. The part I like the most is that you feel welcomed and not talked about.

Great Manicure, truly. Worst customer service. If I state I’m here to relax, I do not want to sit and hear the owner talk for 2 hours about the Covid vaccine and other non sense. Will not be back. She argued with me, told another customer he needed to get hearing aids.

I went ti this nail salon to change the nail polish to my toes and was charged $30. I left the establishment with my feet looking messy. I feel that I was over charged for a change of polish. My toes have blobs of nail polish I was to express that the service rendered was very mediocre/poor.

Parked next to Jenny in the parking lot and OH MY, did that upset her!! I received an ugly, and not so welcoming glare. Was looking forward to getting my nails done during my son's therapy appointments which happened to be next door, but am so glad I now know not to support such a rude owner. Would not recommend. Actions speak way louder than words.

Went in and the salon was empty, I was wrapping a call with my boss from work and the lady/owner was rushing me to talk to her and kept interrupting me, I show her a picture of what I want it and she told me that it was $55 and an extra $10 just for the call line and that was only with regular nail polish, I asked her to just do the plain color, the lady was super rude. She did not talked at all, throughout the whole experience, she kept pulling my hands and nails, roughly and hurt me around my cuticles when she was pushing the Nail back after it was filled with the acrylic, then she kept insisting for me to get gel polish or powder, and I told her that I was not interested, and she make a comment about my hand brace that didn't make any sense, I should've listen to the reviews, she then move the fan towards me to dry off my nails. I had my sweater off and a tank top and I was super cold. There was no reason for her to turn the fan and she had me with my hands super uncomfortable, waiting for the nail polish to dry I paid and said thank you and the lady just kept ignoring me she didn't say anything what a horrible experience. Oh, and after she was done filing my nails, she told me to go pick the color, I showed her a picture of what I want it, hoping that she was going to get me the right color but she didn't and once she starting applying it, the color was totally off. I just stayed quiet and looked away though the whole process, she also left nails longer than others, don't go here!!

I loved the service here, I got my pedicure done here. I always passed by this place and always want it to give it a try. I am glad I did, I’m definitely coming back here.
