Went here for an oil change while here also got the brake fluid changed. Service was decent wasn’t fast but also not long waiting either. Employees didn’t seem on the same page one guy said I would get a discount for active military, other guy charged me full price no discount.

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for years now. I usually pay around $50. This place straight robbed me for $118 for an oil change, and antifreeze top off! I will never do business with Jiffy Lube again. I have an old dodge Durango, not a Diesel!!

The $7.99 "Shop Supplies" fee was not disclosed on any signage, verbally, or in writing before the work was performed, yet I was forced to pay it. When I inquired about not being informed, the Jiffy Lube employee admitted she had not been trained to disclose the fee and acknowledged that it was not posted anywhere.
Additional issues:
1. The interior floors were not vacuumed.
2. The air filter was improperly reinstalled, which could have allowed dirt into the engine if I hadn’t noticed and corrected it.

Everything was pretty fast. Only thing I didn't appreciate is I paid for my lights to be cleaned. None foggy. A couple of years ago. I was told that my car lights could be cleaned as long as I had my car. And they couldn't find my car information. Because the company was bought off. . A

My teenager took their first car in for an oil change, and right away the staff tells them they need an expensive service. My kid said "ok let me call my mom" and the manager begins to lecture them on the service with lots of mechanical jargon, and basically intimidated my kid into getting the service. What should have been at most a $50 visit ended up costing my kid nearly $200. All the manager saw was a dumb kid. Well, she is NOT dumb, just inexperienced, and they took advantage of her. We have been long time customers of Jiffy Lube, but we're done. I know my business probably won't break your bank, but your staff should be ashamed of what they did to a kid.

Have had my car 3 months and it has drove perfectly fine no issues at all until I got an oil change with this location and we’ll now my cars not running we had noticed it stalling the day we left but didn’t think nothing of it now I’m with a vehcle that does not run more then likely gunna have to handle this in court I warn you if you want you car to run DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION I was supposed to spend 85$ and ended up spending double plus with out a vehicle now

Worst service. Finding anything wrong with your vehicle to spend more money. went in for just inspection sticker, right away they were trying to convince me that my tires needed to be rotated. They then proceeded to try and tell me my wipers needed to be replaced and it would be 39.99 to replace but could change with discount of 29.99 (we all know it's alot cheaper to do myself) one of my break lights needed to be replaced both would fail inspection if not fixed now.By the time they were done with the inspection it all total to almost 100 dollars. Looking at the itemized receipt o noticed they were charging me 39.99 for each windshield blade. I argued with the cashier and let him know I was quoted 29.99 for both never was I told 39.99 each blade. They immediately removed it and total cost came out to 65.00 and still charged me the 39.99 no discount. will not be returning going to another service for simple things I need fixed and done . And not be hounded to fix things with them when I know will be cheaper else where.
