Alex and his crew did an outstanding job in changing my transmission fluid. Wanted to drive it a week before I reviewed it to make sure there were no leaks or unusual noises. I will go to this Jiffy Lube the next time I need their services. They also gave me a military discount which I appreciated. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Payment invoice copy unclear due to insufficient ink in the printer. Windows and windshield were not cleaned. Cab was not vacuumed. Windshield washer was not completely filled.

Received my oil change in October, purchased two filters for my car that totaled $100, the tech continued to tell me that the filters will be here, I waited about an hour and half after my oil change, the filters were still weren’t there. The tech told me he would leave the filters in the customer waiting parts area. I moved within that week to another city and wasn’t able to locate/call the store since I don’t live on that side of town/couldn’t find a receipt. I contacted the store manager and he explained it would be a he/she said situation and would be hard to get a refund. Which is crazy-I never received the filters and they were never put in my car.

My overall experience and satisfaction with store #1369 in San Antonio was truly remarkable! Alex C is a truly professional and an exceptional Service Manager that perform his duties admirably! I plan on having him replace my back brakes next month! Been rocking with them for the past 7 years and it’s been really cool! Thanks!
