Had my oil change done last requirement. Went to change my own oil and when I went to change my filter, oil was leaking from the filter and it was able to be loosened by hand.

I went to get my oil changed at Jiffy Lubr on 78 in Converse, TX and imagine my surprise when they told me that an oil change was going to cost me over $135...... I can get the exact same oil change on Foster Road for $39. Jiffy Lube just lost a customer they have had for years. The Juffy Lube team has always been very professional, and this does not reflect negatively on them. But I live on a fixed income and will never go back there knowing that they are price gouging.

I was unsure when my next oil change was due as the window sticker was no longer on the window. I went to Jiffy Lube to see about getting my oil changed and they were honest in telling me I still had another 1500 miles to go. They topped off my fluids and did so without charge. I appreciate their honesty and will continue to come back for my oil changes and other general maintenance.

Service was great!
But the manager might need to shut her door while customers are in the lobby. The way she talks towards her employees and the inappropriate word choices she uses on her personal phone calls is not how a manager should act with or without customers present.

Michael, the Assistant Manager is wonderful!
I ran in there yesterday, flustered because one of the windshield wipers that they installed was coming unlatched while I was driving on the highway. Needless to say, Michael took care of me and got me out of there in no time at all! 5 stars! Thanks Michael!

Listeing to customer needs/request of car care besides what the servicing company mentions is pertinent. If rushing through service because " your history shows...." and just jumping to that conclusion by a tecnician is Not considered listrning to ones customer needs. Also, mentioning price differenes/ranges is SOO important. I get that companies want to make the high sells -- but customer needs are most important for a returning of a customer and referring your services! TODAY, the desk tecnician who serviced me listened and expained servies to me. Even when I wanted to ensure of a reported service needed, the the tecnician took the time to prove his point! Excellent tecnician! Customer focused desk technician!! He would make a great Asst Manager/ Manager!!
