Friendly staff but dishonest work.
Tire rotation and window wipers are stated to have been changed.
Neither of them had been touched.

The service was non professional. Walked in and clerks rushed out. Then they tried to sell me things I didn't want. Staff didn't speak my language. Not friendly. I only go there for inspection. We prefer service at Austin Hwy.
No manager on duty.

I have been bringing my car here since it left the factory. Always been happy with them and never doubted their integrity. On my last oil change and fleet service at the beginning of February. This time, it took too long for my fleet service to approve the work. I told the person in charge I couldn't wait and would have to come back another time. He told me the oil had been changed and he would bill the fleet service for that. However he was not able to provide a receipt. I trusted him and said no problem.
Today, when I went in for service, I found out their records showed I got an oil change, cabin and engine air filters, and tire rotation. They billed my company at least $200 for work they didn't do. Now I doubt they even changed the oil. BEWARE PEOPLE!!! If they do this, who knows if they actually change the oil when you go there. Are they using conventional oil when you pay for synthetic? Too bad I had been a Jiffy Lube customer all my life.
The employees that were there today, Jazlyn, Jesse, and Bailey, were not involved in the deceit. The person I dealt with last time was not there.

I don't know about y'all Jiffy Lube but the Jiffy Lube in my neighborhood does their work fast and neat not too many places you can get both services you either get one or the other fast but not neat neat but not fast but here at my just a little in my neighborhood I got both fast & neat

Took my Jeep to get an oil change, it was leaking. The screw was loose, it been leaking since November, now we are going to get another oil change at Walmart. 1/12/25
