Is been almost 3 years using this place to do almy vehicles oil changes, state inspections, signal lights replaced and all minor issues and I always like it because the service and the employees even they had changed them kind several times for the past 3 years .... well today it was different ..... al new associates from the the last time I went ......just I took my vehicle few minutes ago to do oil change as always and guest what?? I left my winter gloves along with my HEB reused bag on top of the passengers seat and they disappeared!!!! Yes when I drove my car noticed they were going !!!! Went back to talk to the manager about it, it wasn't there and I spoke with I assumed was the sup or person in charge at the moment... no one didn't nothing ..... no one touches them didn't ....so sad my trust is gone ... no because of the gloves (not expensive items) ...but the fact!!!! Don't know if I'll be back to this place !!!!
Manager I hope u will se my review and contact me with a solution from your side no for the missing gloves but to recover my trust!!!

Last year Genaro, and this January 2020 come by to get my: Vehicle Inspection, Efrain with all the team help me out with it, in less than 15 minutes my BMW was all set and ready to go.
Definitely I will come back when I need any maintenance service.
Huge 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ gold stars for you guys, keep it up.
Hey check my video I record when I was there for the Texas Inspection, one of the guys saw one of my three 12" subwoofers, so I showed up my sound system to them, we were jamming & dancing, it was so cool!

Store manager Darryl and his crew did an amazing job. Having a high mileage vehicle Darrell did advise me on little things to keep my truck running. This Jiffy Lube is kind of out of my way to come too but I will be coming this way more often to get my oil changed and any services.

Not happy my oil change took longer than expected due to the lower technician leaving in the start of service and walked across the street to pick up a pizza he ordered from dominoes with no regards of me standing there waiting. And the other two guys just looking around clueless. Me and friends will start going across the street to Take five oil change . Thank for first time experience at jiffy lube

I went to the Jiffy Lube on 11/11/2024 for an oil change. I left the car running with the key in it and the staff pulled it in, completed the oil change and replaced the air filters (they showed me they needed to be replaced), and then they came back in and told me they couldn’t start the car or remove the key from the ignition. I was also unable to remove the key or start the car.
We tried jumping the battery, charging it and replacing it with a new one my husband bought and brought over, and nothing worked. So the staff member helped us push the car out of the bay so they could close for the night and I called a tow company to take it to the dealership.
The next morning the dealership notified me that the main engine harness, located next to the filter, had been unplugged. When it was reconnected, the car was able to start and the key worked normally.
I requested a reimbursement for the tow and the dealership diagnostic fee and never heard back.
I have been going there for years although my husband had given up after his car was damaged twice. Mistakes happen, but I don't plan to return after their non-reponsiveness.

Always a quick easy experience when I come to this Jiffy Lube. Definitely prefer them to a dealership.
