They got a new lady with a nasty attitude. I have been a customer from jiffy lube for the last 5 years and I will not be back at this same location. Then looking at me side eyes after being ugly. Nope not again. I believe if you dont have good way to deal
with customers service, shouldn’t be in the line.

They said this is the best they can do on putting the skin plate back on. It wasn’t even like that when I pulled up. It’s literally dragging on the street.

Went to get an oil change , miracle they did alright but they never put my glove box back in , had to turn back and tell them to install it even when I told them I didn’t want them to put a new cabin air filter, if y’all are going to take it out to show me put it back in how it was I just came in for an oil change. Stop doing all these extra stuff then not putting it back

Got my inspection sticker done at this place and the attendant asked me to get off from my vehicle because he needed to drive it the vehicle onto the ramp
I told him my carpet was tan and he was going to dirty my carpet with the muddy shoes he said we would be careful
I pay for my sticker then another attendant brings the car out and guess what ? Correct! the carpet was all muddy with oil scuff marks
Do not go here unless you have a tarp on the carpet or the carpet is black, at this place do not train their employees to maintain a clean environment
They need to get their act together to be able to compete with other lube shops
Manager replied to this post and ask me to talk to him regarding my post however he posted the wrong email and wrong contact information.

Jiffy Lube :7-13-2024:
I was disappointed when my intention was just for Safety Inspection but the technician took out my cabin air filter without my permission. I know how hard it was to replace it on my Altima And so I ended up allowing them to change it out of respect to the guy showing me the crumple filter. I have been changing my cabin filter for 10 years on my car at about $15-20 but I was charged $48. And if I have to replace my cabin filter I have to vacuum the location of the filter good before I put on the new one. Lesson learned, I would not probably go back there.
