I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to one of the employees, Jordan. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. On top of that, they worked quickly and efficiently, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to see someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect. Highly recommend!

I was welcomed by the nice young lady in back.she escorted me inside to a clean and cozy waiting area they provided complimentary water bottles, restrooms and WiFi . Jordan came in and gave great recommendations to improve the condition and safety of my car From headlights and wipers to even providing print out estimates on brakes & tires they were very thorough and informative. I left the store with a peace at mind feeling. this jiffy lube is the best. quick and efficient. They are now my new go to spot for oil changes and more. Didn't wait too long for my yearly inspection on my 2019 Terrain Denali, and the technicians were extremely polite and helpful. Even though nothing was wrong with my vehicle, they gave me some helpful advice on things to watch out for in the future. I was very impressed with their service.

tech came in to sell injection cleaner and top coolant. Said no. he said no problems with vehicle. ok few minutes later he came in said vehicle ready. I paid for and had a pass receipt. we went outside, waited approximately 3 minutes now the vehicle failed cause of lights not see thru. I could see thru but no but they would sell me the process to repair lights then it would pass.
they were doing a injustice. I will not go to jiffy lube again.
