I've been taking my Subaru Ascent here for sometime. Repairs were always done with full and transparent communication. They effectively worked with my insurance, had my rental set up. Great staff and excellent repairs really bad hail damage and awesome paint job work. Quality service. Quality staff. I wouldn't take it anywhere else.

We took our Hyundai in for repairs and are very happy with their service. This is the 2nd time we take our cars to get repaired at Hudson’s so that in itself says a lot. I was really impressed with the weekly updates. Lastly, having them take care of the rental drop-off for us was such an added plus. Thank you!

I took my Kia to the Bandera location for repairs after it was broken into, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From my first phone call to picking up my car, everyone was exceptionally nice. They were honest about the timeframe, explaining that parts for Kias can be hard to find due to the high number of break-ins. Despite this, my car was ready in less than two weeks. They even vacuumed the interior, which was covered in glass, and it looked like they washed the exterior as well because it was so clean. Thank you to everyone at the Bandera location. I highly recommend this place.

I randomly chose Joe Hudson for my first fender bender a few years ago and I was very satisfied with their work and how well they communicate with me on the updates of my car repair. So as life happens, I was in another fender bender and I chose Joe Hudson again, and I will always go back to them because their work, customer service and communication are outstanding!

Joe Hudson really took the time to assist me in every way possible! They allowed me to drop my car off even before they were officially open! They even had Enterprise drop a rental vehicle off, so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle. They sent updated through text about the status of my vehicle. They actually completed work on my Corolla 10 days earlier than expected! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff!

I was involved in an auto accident and went to the insurers preferred body shop. Unfortunately, I had to go back multiple times for replacement of cheap after market parts. (Kemper auto insurance does not paying for good quality parts.) Joe Hudson Collision center also had poor workmanship.
