I didn’t get the name, but the girl who was working today (Thursday 10-24-24) at around 3:20 is an absolute angel. She is so beyond personable and helpful and polite. Any business would be truly blessed to be able to employ her. Buying, returning, helping me find things I may be interested in…she rocks at all of it. I wish I would have gotten her name, but I felt she deserved a review! The world needs more people like her. Somebody give her a raise or a promotion!

Of the 47 pairs of shoes I own, 45 are J&M. You can find higher quality and cheaper shoes, but you cannot find a better value. This location always seems to have some of the best casual shoes and accessories available from J&M. They also have the friendliest staff in the chain which is saying a lot.

Purchased a set of $200 shoes/boots 13 months ago that have a zipper along with shoe laces. I have used them for work every week and have enjoyed wearing them while taking good care of them. However, there is a massive flaw with the cheap zippers used on J&M products.Since I have owned them, the upper part of the zipper has been shows degrading and coming apart. It was to the point that my pants were being damaged by the metal protruding from the zipper as it is unwinding. I dealt with this the best I could but last week as I was preparing for work, I went to zip up my boot and the zipper came right off at the top because the stopper pieces disintegrated. This caused me a lot of problems that day because when there’s a plane full of people waiting to depart and you need to be there to fly it, it’s hard to just call in and cancel. I managed to somehow get the zipper back on and made it through the day.When I brought these shoes into the local store I was given a very explicit response about the warrant length, which is only 1 year from purchase. No other help was offered in any way by the woman working the desk. The interaction took maybe a total of a minute and I left.I am completely disappointed that I not have to pay out of pocket to have a better zipper sowed on after just over a year of use on $200 shoes. I will avoid this company and their products and recommend you all do the same. There are better products out there.

Good store selection and lovely outdoor space. Not much of a food selection, so the restaurant was crowded.

Large outdoor mall featuring high end dining and shopping for everyone. Beautiful landscaping and very clean. Easy free parking. This is my favorite shopping mall and you can really spend all day here. Nordstroms, Macys, Niemans, Tiffany’s, Anthropologie, Dillards plus many more shops. Remember where your car is parked as it is easy to wander far from your car when one shops at this location.

Repost.I came, I saw and bought the product I was looking for a couple weeks ago.A sale associate (whom seems Middle Eastern descent) tried to belittle me by referring to me as a young man. It’s comical because he looks like he barely hit his 20’s. He has a high pitch voice and few facial hair strands.Terrible way to greet and acknowledge customers in the store.I hope he is replaced from that job and working and somewhere else.

I took an Uber 20 minutes from downtown to get out to this mall because it looked to be the best around. Not disappointed at all. Beautiful outdoor mall with fountains and water features. Pretty much every popular store you can think of in an upscale mall setting. My feet got tired because it's very big and I missed seeing some of it due to running out of time. Lots of restaurants to chose from too. My only complaint: Dillards closes at 8...why so early? The rest of the mall was open until 9. Oh well, still an awesome shopping trip. I would love to go back some day.
