HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
12831 Cogburn Ave location has the best customer service.
Bought a capacitor that was low on charge. Usually they are beyond 35Mfd (HERM) I was confused why if it was new. I went to test the new capacitors at the store, to make sure. And yes The TiTan are indeed 2-4% low, 5% is the limit to be considered in a not good condition. Apparently it is due to not rotating the inventory, meaning that these are OLD.
I got a bad attitude from the lady at the front desk for checking. If I’m going to install a customer a product, I - as a technician - must inspect it and make sure that the part installing is in good condition, don’t you think?

This is one of the best places to get refrigeration and air conditioning supplies in both stores the ppl is totally professional in Alamo downs branch Mr Dallas or Mrs Shannan and Broadway store Desiree and all of them wonderful persons and prifessionals.
