Shows on the website that y’all’s location on southwest military open at 11 am on Sunday and guess what, got here at 11:30 and it was close, why put a time on y’all’s website and if it’s not correct, I literally had to wait until it open and I moved a couple errands for the day because of this, which was my daughters big day and put me behind on everything, if it had said the real time I would have done other things before even heading this way

I ordered a pair of shoes to this location the other day, and the man who was there made it extremely difficult to get my package. I ordered for my wife it was under her name, I had all the info for the package but he refused to give it to me with out her present, he did say he can with a photo of her id and mine with I provided and showed to witch he still didn’t release it to me! I paid with my card I had the tracking number and name I don’t understand y this man thought he was guarding a national bank!! That’s unacceptable unprofessional! It made my wife and I feel like complete fools. Will not be going back when I see him there wish I know his name he was there in the morning on Wednesday, also my wife tried to call the store to talk to him but he ignored the phone for a wole 10 minutes l!!

I went into the store, it was empty only two girls behind the register, for those who have been to the adult journeys it’s a long half way or big store front, but I entered in the store when these two girls were behind the register on the phones because they were looking down, I didn’t get a “hello” or even how can I help you even though they clearly saw me come into the store I was looking at the shoes and when I looked back to the two girls trying to wave at them they were still looking at there phone I was there for one hour and they still didn’t come to check up on me no effort at all, I heard one talking to the other, I found out she was a manager in training, wow if she is a manager in training and on the phone when there is customers even if there is just one person shows the kind of training the manager who runs that store truly run it just letting them do whatever they want and missed out on money and this was from 12-1pm. I will put one star only because google won’t allow me to post this without a ratting if it was up to me I would have kept it at 0 stars

The staff at the location could use additional training regarding customer service and how to properly key transactions and returns. The staff is inexperienced and can't do simple math on returns based on our interaction with a return with a receipt. They should be trained appropriately on how to use the cash registers, how to apply discounts and complete an even exchange. I also witnessed them providing different customers different information. The policies are not applied uniformly towards all customers, instead it depends on which person you get they all provide you different answers. The experience I had there was ridiculous. Would not recommend that you shop here.

This stupid store takes away your receipt in purpose just so you won’t be able to return something. They do that in every single journey store, never shopping here again!

I just left this store, as a very unsatisfied customer. I had to argue with a store manager about honoring the price that was on the shoe and he was stubborn about it. So in the process of returning the shoe Justin another manager said he would but said it with such attitude. I just cancelled my purchase. No customer service from management or gabby their cashier. They need to be retrained on their customer service. I’m never going back there again! I’ll take my business where they appreciate their customers.

Everything in the store was nice. Well mannered staff and interactions. Sadly didn't have a pair in my size that which I wanted,but luckily did have the other pair size in various sizes that I had needed. Thank You Journey's. Sweet in store product stock for a quick stop shop.

yea the inventory sucks if you call and ask for something in their inventory they will say they have it and then you go to the store and they don’t but they offer another store that does and then that one doesn’t either. Lame!!

I would like to take a moment to say this store at South Park is the Best!!As soon as me and my 3 little boys walked in everyone greeted us from each pass through the store. As soon as we walked in it got even busier. A mother of 3 boys I'm not a big fan of the mall, but this experience was such great customer service. The sales young man George helped us above and beyond with such patience. I was dealing with an app and he not once said he didn't know, he continued to help me. Another young man Angel assisted. Each of them with a smile and superb customer service. I thought for sure they'd give up soon, but to my surprise they followed through. They introduced me to a young lady who was another manager making sure our process was going well. It's hard to find people with a great attitude and patience. I told my boys that I'd be proud of them If I was their mother since they had such respect and showed kindness. I was able to purchase my boys shoes, and they walked away happy. Thank you to this team for being so polite and AMAZING. You truly deserve 5+stars. I hope everyone is able to shop with a great experience as we did. Thank you may the Lord bless that Team.Thank you George, and thank you Angel for your patience.

I don’t even know where to begin . I love this Journey’s . I love the staff their so friendly. Jorge is my favorite he makes you feel like you’ve known each other forever. He helps you with anything you need . I’ve gone 3 times in 2 weeks . I swear it feels like home . Oh yes can’t leave out the manager he’s a cutie very nice . I’m telling you this is the place to get your Van’s, converse etc. you are gonna want to keep coming back they have got the right staff . You won’t find this kind of service anywhere . You should definitely go check them out . Go buy some shoes people you won’t regret it . You’ll love the staff !!!
