Karla is the most rude person and is definitely making this car lot look bad and probably has made it loose business at first she was the owner and now she is the manager I went thru reviews and so I’m not the first to have issues with her she yelled at me that I was more in shock stated very nasty things to me I never raised my voice answered her politely I even have it recorded she stated she recorded to I really do hope they do have a meeting and she can play video for them if not I have one so they can see how nice I was mind you I have already talked to someone about a payment being a day late due to personal issues 2 at most Alex and other gentleman idk his name but he’s at 35 location Alex at another were so nice and I hope they understood my frustration (mind you I’m late because I had a major surgery and some set backs) and according to her she’s tired of my excuse when I literally have NEVER GAVE HER ONE… if possible I need corporate to call me please and thankyou God bless the name on account is Maylayasia C

Karla is by far the worst manager..shell call you harassing you for car payment..my situation was i dont get paid when the carnote was dued..i explained that to her..i asked did you want the car insurance or carnote first she said car insurance so thats what ill do pay the insurance 1st and carnote next check..she did give extensions yes, but last month she called saying her manger was on her a** and couldnt give me anymore extensions.. i told her that day well come get it, she didnt do that instead she told me shell help me if i come up with the other half.. i did and sent the paymet cash app..i woke up to my car that was towed..i asked why and supposedly she gave me an extension to may 8th that i wasnt aware of , because the last thing i was told is i couldn't get any more extensions. My advice is don't trust anyone get that payment in..cause it was only $160 I needed and could've given it to them but my phone was off and they couldn't reach out to me as well.

I bought my car a month ago, when you buy a car from them it is as is but yet they were willing to help me fix any problems. So far they have been Amazingly Awesome. They were all nice and understanding in what I was saying. For my opinion, I feel that as long as the payments are being made on time and communication is at hand then there should be no issues. If you can not afford to pay your car in a timely manner or be respectfully communicated with the owners or the workers , then expect what to expect. Thank you K & A for blessing me with my car. 🤗

Beware of Bullying Tactics at K&A Enterprises.
I want to give others a heads-up about the aggressive and harassing tactics used by this dealership on the day a payment is due. While I understand dealerships have the right to remind customers about payments, that does not give them the right to engage in bullying behavior.
Instead of a professional reminder, on Saturday March 22, we let them know we will be there first thing Monday, of which the text messages and calls started, mind you we are now under 4,000 owed on our vehicle of which we have had for just over two years. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and goes against consumer protection laws. A business should treat its customers with respect, even when discussing financial obligations.
If you find yourself in a similar situation, know your rights. Debt collection laws prohibit harassment, and you can report unfair practices to agencies like the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), or your state attorney general’s office.
Stay informed and be cautious when dealing with this dealership. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

To start off my husband and I have purchased vehicles for almost 4 years now, Starting with a Maserati bank finance (we paid off) and our currency vehicles 4 in total in house finance. Alejandro and Karla have always been good with selling us reliable and affordable vehicles, we never had any problems, of course as long as your payments are on time and your insurance is up to date. So if you’re in need of a vehicle I really recommend K&A Enterprise they won’t let you down.

I wanna recommend this car lot. They have treated me so good. I got four vehicles with them. I like the way they do business. They’re very strict but they always work with you. No matter what I recommend them 100%.

This car lot is the worst !!!first of all they have no customer skills whatsoever they tell you one thing and to do another thing I was interested in a truck ,I called the advised me to do that application which I did they told me okay they'll call you back well guess what nobody call me. Then I called this morning and they tell me oh well the car has been sold I said wth how can it be sold when I called yesterday and they're like well whoever shows up first with the money the car gets sold to that person well I didn't know we have to make line to purchase a car at this car lot! Then I called to speak to a manager of course nobody knows who the manager's name is they tell me call , Hildebrand location then call military drive,we will call you back if we can reach out to the manager I called back again well I'm with a customer so you couldn't call me and say the manager was gone for the day they are the worst I would not recommend this place whatsoever. Este lugar es de lo peor Nadi tiene modales del cliente!!! So if you want a car from here make sure camp out so they don't sell it to the 1st person who shows up. Better believe it I will be making a complaint with the BBB!!

My opinion not the best place to look for a car they were unorganized. We looked at about six vehicles. It would have been good for them to clean the upholstery seats or vacuum the floors very dirty vehicles. They really didn't care to show us anything. We walked around and looked at them on her own. We ended up going up the street and purchasing a vehicle.
